Every morning I have come in the last couple weeks, I have been greeted without hesitation by Noel. He has been so welcoming to... not just me but everyone that walks through the door. I asked for a Pike in a mug and he went as far as to warm up my mug withhot water first before pouring in the coffee. Then he even hand-delivered my egg bites to me at my table after coming out of theoven. I have been super impressed by the level of customer service provided and received by Noel! And today?he even rememberedmy order! I?ll be back because of him! Read more

Although I find the baristas quite nice, the atmosphere is lacking. First of all, the door needs weatherstripping so it doesn't... slam every time someone opens the door. I've looked at it, and the existing weatherstripping is all cracked and there isabsolutely no padding. It's a $20.00 fix!!!! The constant door slamming does not make for an enjoyable experience if I chooseto stay for my coffee. Maybe that's Starbucks intent . . . they don't encourage customers to stay, but would rather focus onthe drive thru and mobile orders. It's really sad, because the one Starbucks they chose to close (Depot) was built and run onthe original plan of having a loyal following of those who would come there DAILY to enjoy their coffee. I'm at the point whereI don't want to visit Starbucks anymore. Read more

I think this design of Starbucks could improve. The washrooms are very close to the tables and bar. The service was great and... the burrito was so good ! Read more

I used to frequent this location as it was my go to, I found that the wait times got longer and therefore I started visiting... less and less. I now find myself visiting Jasper Gates or Brewery way more. Today we visited again and the wait was 15+ minutes(yes I timed it), I assumed that they would improve speed as for the last three years they?ve been terrible. I don?t think I?veever visited and had a wait time under 15 minutes, although I remember one circumstance of waiting 40minutes. The baristas arealways nice but they need serious improvement of time management. Read more

Being a indigenous person ordering a couple dragon fruit lemonades, the staff working there served the people who were behind me... in line ( which were white btw) and made me wait till there was absolutely nobody left in the line. And to top it all off, I hadto wait around 20 mins for my drinks to be made, while other customers were getting catered to right away... I'm very upset withthe type of racial discrimination I've experienced earlier today. Read more
