The staff here are super friendly and I always have a great experience. I highly suggest this location. The only thing I find... super frustrating is the staff are always sitting at the tables whenever i?m here and I always end up leaving or having to sitoutside in the cold to do my work because they fill up half the tables. I understand they are on their breaks but to me thetables are there for customers first. There aren?t a ton of tables so it sucks that the staff are using half of them. There wasan empty table with a back pack on the bench side and I asked if I could sit there, the staff member barely acknowledged me andthe gentleman next to him had to ask him to make room for me. The staff member reluctantly told me I could sit there but didn?teven bother to move any of his or his coworkers items (who wasn?t even sitting at the table, she was working. I know thisbecause she ended up coming over around 30 mins later). Hopefully this starts changing or I will have to start going somewhereelse to do my work. ???? Thanks for reading! Read more
They were down to one expresso machine when we visited, so getting our coffees was a bit slow. As a first time customer to this... location, I was very pleased with the staff making the coffees (they were made exactly as requested, at some other locationsI've had to ask for a remake), and also very impressed with the person who took our order, Cedric, for his xcellent customerservice. He was very personable and professional and kept us engaged why we waited. We will use this location in the future. Read more
From the moment I entered the building at 7am on a Saturday, I was greeted by all of the employees with either a good morning, a... hello or a smile. Great customer service from everyone, especially Ryan who took my order. I tried the Chocolate Cream ColdBrew Coffee and the Bacon, Sausage and Egg Wrap for the first time and enjoyed them very much. Today is red cup day, aka Starbucks everywhere is getting slammed! But you know what, the team here was AWESOME! I knew I'd have... a wait given the day, but they were so forthcoming about our wait times, who was next in queue, and the drinks/food items werepumped out as fast as they could for both drive thru and front counter. They did amazing, and worked super well together.Everyone was pleasant and wonderful to deal with. I come here pretty much every day I'm off work. This location is my go-to asit's close to home, and they're always pleasant and wonderful; both at front counter and through drive thru. They're alwaysfriendly and polite. I've had so many fun conversations with people on the drive thru window while waiting for my orders. That'swhat makes me a frequent customer, for sure.
