My morning was off to a rough start when I dropped my cappuccino on the floor right after receiving it. I was blown away at how... quickly I was made another drink straight away at no cost to me (despite it being my own fault) and also the way the whole thingwas handled and cleaned up. This is a review for the Starbucks close to Indigo right after security. I don't know how y'all hire your people but no customer... service or rapport at all. Just an annoyed employee at the till getting through Monday. Thought maybe the coffee is better, butthe basic coffee I ordered wasn't that great either. Do better, be better. Read more

Drinks with 80% ice. Even asked for light ice, and they fill the cup over 3/4 of ice and still charge and arm and a... leg. Frappuccino was poorly made too. Won?t go here again. Read more

I ordered my coffee and my danish, which was about $9,00. My Starbucks card had about $6.50, so I asked to add $30,00. The... cashier charged my card $30+ (my order) $9 + tax + TIP OF 15% (not optional) on top of the whole amount!! Got the tip on top ofmy reload amount too.
