During taking breakfast I was sitting in table for few moments as I have to go to the room, the coffee server didn’t listen... properly that I asked small portions of black and she filled up my full big mug ( they didn’t have small mug for coffe), whenI requested again she give me a look that I did crime by asking little black coffee. Her eyes became so big that she never heardof black coffee in Canada. She was making joke of me, and telling her few very regular customer and laughed at me, also I wasworried about my kids. They were doing delay unnecessarily. And lastly I had to leave all the food in table and move back to theroom and suddenly I found my daughter in the lobby and she was so upset and receptionist said their cleaner found her upset andout of the room. The coffee server was a black lady ( I feel bad to say that as I have. A lot of African friends in Canada ) andwearing a specs, she has curly nice hairs too. I am just telling to aware you people. Later I came to know from my husband, thatthe server was angry because I said my husband that I didn’t like the hotel n this restaurant because they don’t understandanything about kids. Read more

I came here for a Conference and I was very impressed with the quality of food. I choose the buffet option to have lunch since... we had to get back to meetings, and it was excellent. Very impressed with the fish and it's sauce. There was also a lot optionsof desserts. They all look amazing. My favorite dessert of the whole world is macaroons, and I could not believe when I saw theyhad macaroon available as dessert option. The macarron was incredible. The macarron was a good as "Duchess" (famous EdmontonBake Shop), and Laduree. (The world famous French macaroon bake shop.) Read more

So here we are first time eating here! Highly recommend by the front desk staff at the Home 2 suites were I stay on a regular... basis but never found time to come in and enjoy this place! Started with the Broccoli Fondu on crusty bread was very good andnot overly bearing which was what it expected due to the cheese fondu part! I actually would find only one issue with this as Ifound the fondu part not hot rather luk warm at best! Still good but surly the fondu must be hot!! Next the Cajun ribs withmash! They are great but just a hint too spicy. I squeezed a zest of lemon over them and it changed them in my opinion for thebetter! The serving was large and I could not finish the plater even though I was truly hungry! Finally cream brûle! Excellantno other words required! Let’s not forget my favourite part a cold Guinness! One and only one negative point even though theplace was most definitely not busy I had to ask two times for a glass of water which sound like the easiest thing not toforget.
