Hate the fry caddy. Big scam. Got a $20 Burger and fry meal. Burger is served open faced. Once you close up your Burger and dump... the fries out of the caddy and onto the plate you will find your plate is now half empty! For a $20 burger meal come on. Atleast fill the plate with fries if you're going to do an open faced Burger presentation. Ditch the caddy. Hit up a 5 guysinstead, for a couple bucks more get a whole bag of Cajun fries and a wicked burger you'll remember for a long time to come. Read more

Had the turkey dinner. It comes with dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, veggies, and cranberry sauce. It was so good. I recommend... eating this. The staff are very pleasant. I definitely will go back. Read more
We go here for family supper every once in a while. The food is great, the service is great and the atmosphere is not noisy like... other restaurants. Nice place with free parking at the Northgate mall. Read more
Came in at 10:45am and it took 5 min before someone grabbed us and got us a seat. My wife (pregnant) and I have been looking... forward to having some skillets. 2 more groups came in and the ladies got them seated and took their order, meanwhile 15 minslater we are still waiting for anyone to come and atleast greet us and take our order. Me and my wife walked away at 11:05 asthat is the worst customer service we have ever experience. WORST. 20 min of waiting is unacceptable especially if there wereonly about 7 to 9 tables including the 2 groups that came in after us. Read more
This was a place I always wanted to try but for some odd reason I never got to doing it. I know a friend that swears by this... place and that's where she eats breakfast all the time, she always told me to try it and I finally went and did it and it waspretty darn good if I should say! The location is very easy to find in North Gate, the decor is a bit outdated and the lightingin there is horrible. It is very hard to take a nice photo because of how dim the light bulbs are, the place definitely needsrenovation, the place is clean nonetheless, the employees are polite and prompt, they come asking for refills at the right timeswithout you needing to ask like at many other restaurants.. The food prices were very good, my whole place cost about 17dollars and it was a HUGE plate, I was full to the brim when I was finished.. It was satisfactory food for the price they areasking. The place does invite more of the older crowd, alot of old timers that have been coming and enjoying smittys for a goodtime now and that only shows how many loyal customers this place has! Good food, great service, mundane interior but if you canlook over that, it's worth a shot to try. Read more
