I ordered a turkey sanwich through this location, and it's expiry date was a week old, and it was moldy.
Had coffee with family. Double espresso was smooth and very flavorful.
This place is trash! The handle money and than touch your food ! Girl who works drive thru uses so much hand sanitizer and... flicks it everywhere! The guy who made my bagel 10 mins ago served me a moldy bagel and thought that was okay ? Than handed mea drink with the lid half way on and it spilled everywhere! Horrible service. Read more

Very Nice Service, coffee was brewed fresh, Cristina was knowledgeable about the key ingredient (BEANS) origins, roasting... process fair Trade sourcing efforts. Very strict on Covid mask protocol, safer for me too see it is for everyone Equally. Taste was better then Tim & Ronald's. I love the Second Cup Tera Losa location. The coffee shop is very clean, the bathrooms and tables. The staff are also very... friendly and in good spirits. Singing tunes every now and then. The service was quick and friendly. Stopped by for a specialtytea and biscotti. The tea portions are generous and the baked goods nice and fresh. While I stayed for an hour and a half, Iwatched someone deliver some fresh baked goods. This location also has a cute patio for those who like to enjoy the lovelyweather, including some kids story books and colouring sheets. Will definitely come back again for a study sesh. Read more
