Coffee is always great! Clean and nice atmosphere. However, I ordered their ginger cookie which is usually soft, so I think the... one I had was expired. It was hard as a rock, stale just crumbled. I went up and mentioned it and she only offered to warm itup, but I explained that it won?t do anything because it just crumbles to dust. She just said ?sorry about that? and walkedaway. Didn?t offer me anything else in exchange or a refund. It wasn?t busy either, I was the only person sitting inside anddrive thru was empty. I ordered a ginger cookie that looked eaten around the corner. It wasn?t broken, or crushed, it looks like someone ate some of... it. I don?t know how that was acceptable to hand to a paying customer like it?s ok. I will be returning it for arefund. Honestly, I haven?t had the best experience with Second Cup at other locations, especially Oliver Square, but I enjoyedthis one for the last month, until today. The hours of this second cup are horrible. You can?t get coffee here before or after work because they open late and shut early.
Hands down best Second Cup in the city. Great environment and warm service. I?m so glad I found this location! The customer... service amazing, friendly and welcoming, even though they never stop moving and are incredibly efficient. Extremely wellmanaged. I?m impressed!
