If I could give a zero I would. This place is the worst ever. The morning lady is so rude and basically called me a liar cause... she can?t do her job right. All I asked for was no foam and I get 3/4 cup of coffee. When I went back to complain she insinuatedthat I drank out of it and brought it back to be filled up. Are you kidding me. this location staffs are so rude. No cusomter service at all. No greeting. Staffs look at you like you own them money!we are... regular clients, but they never care and even change 1.05 for water water. Never say thank you. I?ve been here many times and the service here is just awful; never received a hi, smile, or thank you in all the times I?ve... been there. I love going to other second cups, and would come here every day if the staff wasn?t so incompetent and rude. I onceordered a ham and cheese sandwich and they told me they were out of it. Didn?t even ask me if I wanted to change it all, until Iprompted them. I got a croissant but it was less than half the price. I Didn?t even bother asking for the difference because Ididn?t want to deal with them any longer. Other time, I ordered a matcha frappe and from the look on their faces they had knowidea what I was talking about (eventhough, I?ve ordered it at many other stores). They created something random with matcha andice and gave it to me. Even when I mobile order, I literally will be the only person there and they still won?t call out a nameunless prompted. DISCRIMINATED MY DISABLED PARTNER!! I will NEVER EVER go back to this location. (Next to Entrance 50 in West Edmonton... Mall) Saturday March 12 at approximately 11:30am, my disabled spouse had an accident. I needed napkins badly to clean my spouseup. My spouse has Huntington's Disease and in a wheelchair. Second Cup was the only spot close to us. I politely asked one staffif she could help us out. She turned to me, an accomplished accountant, and gave me a look that I was beneath her. She rudelytold me she was too busy. Frantically I'm looking for someone to help us to avoid spreading and someone falling. Another womanwho was working alongside the first rude woman, asked what I needed. I told her my spouse, in a wheelchair and disabled neededwipes as there was a spill. My spouse has trembling hands and unfortunately hands gave out dropping the drink. She hesitated andrudely said "You are not a customer. I know you didn't buy anything". Again, I told her my spouse is in a wheelchair and I can'tmove him without making a bigger mess. She said she didn't care. She wasn't going to give me napkins unless I bought something.I told her to have a heart and she continued to be extremely unethical, unprofessional and biased against my disabled partner.Telling us that was no excuse. Staff are very polite and informative. I asked so many questions as I was on strict food plan. They never got annoyed rather... even started showing the ingredients for coffee like how much fat in the cream, which brand cream, what type of syrup and so on.They listened carefully and helped to sort out my need.
