If I could mark of 0 stars I would. They did not tell me until they messed up my order they had a big order of 70 pizzas going... out and the chef was a little frazzled which I get can happen. My wings were still raw which I discovered after eating half awing. I was not impressed at all. I have worked at a different location while in dinner rush and I know everything can be doneproperly. I?ve been to a few different Royal Pizza locations but the HYS centre is by far the best based on service. Jenna was so... attentive and friendly, she was such a genuine person to talk too! I will definitely be coming back because of her service! Read more
Taste was overall good, but i won't go there again. No doubt it is expensive, but you can't even customize your pizza according... to your needs as any other basic pizza company offers you. At this price point where i can't even make my pizza spicy, sorry siryou are loosing a customer. Pizza 73, dominos and etc, other chains are cheap and more friendly to customer needs. Read more
Sometimes I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Royal Pizza, pizza is great, however when you have to deal with someone... who hates their job and dealing with customers in a customer service environment puts a gross taste in my mouth. I experiencedthis when I called in and spoke with this girl that made me feel like an inconvenience on September 4th at 8pm. I wish I caughther name. She clearly doesn't enjoy being pleasant with customers and enjoy her job. Go find a new job! Read more
My wife and I ordered and picked up one of their large donair pizza on Monday, July 11, evening... Their pizza gave me the worst... food poisoning I have ever had in my life. I had to take 2 sick days and I'm now taking 3 or 4 medications to have it undercontrol... My wife was also affected, but not as badly- thank God. Please check your ingredients and safety protocols. I ordered a large pizza which had the wrong ingredients. I called the store and they said they would send another pizza. Two... hours of drama, the driver came back insisted on taking pictures of the pizza on my front step. I explained we had eaten thetiny corner pieces with no topping. By this time two hours lapsed, so I told him to take both pizzas back because I resentedthe inference of being a liar and thief. I called the store which was just more drama. I have never dealt with such rude,unprofessional people in my ,life. I was a loyal customer but that's all gone now. 90/100! Absolutely love this pizza! A bit expensive and their large is a standard medium. But man their pizzas are FANTASTIC!
I've always had a positive experience here. Prices are good, delivery is reasonable and on time, and the girl who works the... till/answers the phone (I think her name is Jenny? Or Jenna?) She's amazing and SO SWEET. She makes my day every time. Read more
