This is not the first time our pizza was undercooked. We made a point today to ask for well done in the special... instructions?.thought that might help but again tonight both pizzas are undercooked. At the prices Royal charges one would thinkthey?d at least cook the food. New Castle needs to do better before we will order again. I see your response yet no one hascontacted me. Read more
Been ordering our pizza from this location for years and never had an issue. Always great pizza! Not sure if new owners or new... cooks but quality seems to have gone in the toilet. I ordered a few visits ago and the pizza was still half raw in the middle.Last visit majority of the crust on both pizzas was burnt. One more try tonight and the pizza again was overcooked and crust wasburnt. Yes, you can call in and complain and they will give you a credit on your next order but what the point if the new cookis useless. Time to find a new pizza place! Read more
Decided to spend our anniversary here for dinner tonight and our server Stephanie was an absolute delight. Very sweet young lady... and very attentive. We will most definitely be back. Wish this place was busier because it is great food and amazing servicewith a smile. Will definitely be letting the manager how much of an asset she is. She?s been serving us for 3 years now and welook forward to seeing her. Seems as if she practically lives there, not that we mind. Read more

Terrible food! We ordered lasagna. It was made with mushy noodles that you know are just sitting in a bucket of water. Throw... them in the dish, throw a can of stewed tomatoes, some cheese and meatballs that came from who knows where and call itLasagna. It was disgusting. Also the service wasn't that great, we had to track our server down to get another glass of wine andwe said plainly we were splitting and she brought the 1 dish of "lasagna" and put it in the middle and said can I get youanything else?
