Usually I just get bubble teas, but Ive ordered 2 times was with a ny steak bowl. Bubble tea came with nothing I had ordered... every single time including STRAWS (someone please tell me how to drink bubble tea without the bigger straws) even with a noteleft explaining to please make sure everything is included. It also took an hour and a half to be delivered when I'm less then15 minutes away. Needless to say the meal was awful my wife and I couldn't even finish it. Even tho the week prior at anotherlocation it was beyond great (hence ordering again) I decided to try ordering JUST the bubble teas 2 more times again leaving anote saying what happened previously and it was missing items chosen or something completely different then what I ordered wasin it. It was as a complete disappointment considering how much we love this restaurant. Tried calling to explain myfrustrations and unfortunately the person that answered couldn't help me because the manager wasn't there. So I understandthat's not his fault. I want to write a review here because I own a restaurant and I value my customers first and foremost and customer satisfaction... is number 1 priority to me above all. My customers are the reason my restaurant is doing great even during tough times. ThisRice bowl deluxe has a bad service under a rude manager. I ordered food for six people here and one, the thai pineapple rice wasburnt badly. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me that I was lying to get free food. Iam a regular customer here and always go for noodles. Recently I ordered some noodles and they added pork to it. I don't eat... meat and i called in to ask what was the deal and if they can correct my order. Apparently, they updated their menu and addedKorean or mandarin or Cantonese characters in the menu. I can only read and understand English and the manager at RicebowlDeluxe blamed it on me for placing it wrong. Being rude is not what I expected from her. Establishment is clean.. However, I was not greeted at all upon entry or when I approached the till. The attendant simply looked... up at me and continued to do what they were doing. I ordered the flat noodle bowl, with chicken and shrimp,which took 30 mins to prepare. Despite other customers walking in, ordering Ieaving. I had to reapproach the counter and ask for my order whichseems like it was forgotten. The dish was terrible.....no flavour, noodles glued together with a few pieces of 2 inch greenonion and uncleaned shrimp. I threw my dish out after paying $20... it was that BAD!. Read more

I would give less Stars if I could. My son and my tiny grandson went into this location yesterday to pick up dinner. He asked... for a substitution of shrimp to chicken because of an allergy. He was told to substitution was not allowed and he asked them toexplain why. He was told very rudely that they adhere to the highest standards of service. This is a traditional dish and itwill not be altered. On the menu it states that you can add chicken. If someone has an allergy why wouldn't you accommodatethem. My son tried to get them to explain and the manager got quite loud and rude and said you white people do not understandour food. My son asked why she had to bring race into it. She threw him his money back and told him to get out of the store.This was totally uncalled for. What kind of a business does this? Especially in front of a small child. Normally this place is great but I've noticed a few issues lately. Wonton soup isn't the same and the Vietnamese noodle bowls... are basically all noodles and the container isn't big enough to mix it. Was quite disappointed that it was 90 percent noodle.Been here over 50 times but lately it's not the same. Sad as it's my go to. Read more

Horrible horrible discriminatory manager, unhelpful and rude manager!! I am in a wheelchair and I wanted to order some lunch for... my husband and I for a surprise. All I asked was if I order food online and if the can please bring them out to my van as therewas no parking to able me to get out of my van. The manager told me they don?t do curb side pickup no matter who I am, then shehung up the phone on me. WOW. How rude and unhelpful. I turned around and went to Edo near by and they had no problem bringingmy lunch out after hearing about my situation. If you want to be treated rudely, come here and eat. If you have a disabilityand want to be treated badly, come here and eat. I for one, will never ever eat here again!! Read more
