My girlfriend clearly asked for her wrap to be plain with the sauce on the side. When it finally came the sauce was placed on... it. So my girlfriend politely asked the manager to remake it. The manager at first admitted that he made a mistake by notlistening to her. But then he became downright rude and hostile towards her refusing to remake the wrap. He was so bad that Ithought would have to step in and physically protect her. He finally conceded and had the wrap remade. But after such anappalling display of unprofessionalism by him we'll be having our dates somewhere better next time. Read more

Stopped in to use the bitcoin machine and decided to try their food. The service was lack to say the least and i was told i... couldn't get my cake cut in half by the cashier girl. Soooo i asked a young guy behind the counter he said ok and cut it in halfthe wrong way. Òook then i notified the staff id be outside at the table with my son and they said they would notify me when myfood was ready well that didn't happen. I went in to check on my food 10mins later and its sitting on the dirty dish cart COLD.I was so disappointed to say the least and the girl behind the counter was annoyed i asked her to warm it up. The butter chickenis mediocre and the nanbread is not authentic it's a pita. I would never order here again that's forsure. Read more

Eaten here a few times and it was always good. Chai teas are excellent on every level, and the Dirty Iced Chai hits a new level... all together. Big time study spot, which can be insanely annoying if you want to eat and there is no tables, but i think theyended up finding a "remedy" for that issue. Great local spot. Read more

We've been going to this Café once a week almost now and they never disappoint! The Chai is on point every time and they have a... huge selection of teas! The snacks and desserts are super delicious and the Samosas are put of this world. But none of this iswould matter without the awesome customer service and especially one girl in particular, can't remember her name, but she makesyou feel as if Remedy were a small town café where she greets everyone as if they were her neighbors. NOT good for people with allergies. The food itself was delicious. Part of our order wasn't delivered--mistakes happen, that's... okay. But I ordered a vegan milkshake. I'm lactose intolerant and my breastfeeding baby has milk/egg allergies. I'm 99% surethe milkshake they gave us was dairy. I ended up with bloating and nausea from lactose and my baby has now spent the past fewdays projectile vomiting, screaming in pain, having an allergic rash, etc.--all the symptoms he gets from exposure to dairy oreggs. Such a funky coffee shop! Great menu with a large and varied selection of drinks and snacks. The chai tea and samosas were... fantastic (I reccomend the duty chai). There is a lot of seating available, unique artwork, and the staff were very friendly.Would definitely visit again! Read more
