Scrounging around for some fast-food for my gluten-fearing intestines as per usual (celiac be celiacing) when I happened to... drive by this Quiznos. Popped in and asked if they had gluten free bread - they said they did. Available in all sizes, as well -not just the lame 6' that an unnamed competitor of theirs has. I picked a sub with steak in it and the manager told me that allof the steak has gluten in it and also I probably shouldn't get the chicken carbonara, either. Settled on the baja chicken withgluten free bread and it might have been one of the best subs I've had since my bowels were cursed by the spirits of myancestors. Props to the manager for advising me on the gluten. Obviously he's not a doctor or a board certified gluten-freekitchen inspector and neither am I, so use your own discretion when it comes to fast food and gluten. I didn't get sick and losecontrol of my insides... so there's that. Read more
