so the lady who was working didn't even acknowledge my son and i .she just sauntered up without saying hello and just stared... blankly. I said hello and began ordering and she was talking under her breath, I assumed she was talking to me so I asked her to repeat herself and she just pointed to her ear. I hadn't realized she was on a phone call the entire time with her airpodstucked under her toque... took our food to eat in the car and much to my disappointment she's made me the entirely wrong sub. Ialways order the same thing no clue what she gave me but its very spicy and i couldn't even eat it. Blew over $20 for Terribleservice and an inedible sub needless to say I won't be back! ugh Read more

I came in on my lunch break ( I work in southcommon so I know and understand how important good customer service is ) And this... location does not have it! I came in Saturday August 20th around 3:15 PM and grabbed a sandwich and a soup. The soup was $5.19for a small, I expected to be full. It was just over halfway and if I noticed that before I got back to work I would have toldthem to fill it up. They are so cranky! I?m sorry you were interrupted during a personal conversation in the back to serve acustomer. Get out of customer service ladies! You obviously hate it. Save your money people and go to Subway just outside ofSouth Common or Tim Hortons! New employee?s or coaching the current ones would make a huge difference from my experience andwhat I can see a lot Of others from the other review?s on this location. Read more

Ordered a 12" peppercorn steak on rosemary parmesan with extra steak and a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup around 6:15pm tonight.... Early on I noticed there was little communication between the two young ladies working there. The girl manning the exit end ofthe toaster didn't seem to know what was coming out the other side, nor what additional toppings to add to what sandwiches asper customer request. I didn't get extra steak on my sandwich. I even asked her to verify there was extra and she bluffed andsaid there was. Then after paying, she informed me that they were out of lids for the soup bowls and asked if she could just putit in a fountain pop cup. I told her, no thank you as I wasn't sure those cups are designed to be safe for hot items, so I askedto have the soup refunded. Neither of the girls seemed to know how to do a refund (so obviously the manager had barely trainedthem) I offered to wait for two customers to finish their transactions ahead of me so they could address the issue with my orderwithout the added pressure of the other customers waiting. Eventually the girl at the order end of the restaurant asked if shecould help me. I said, "Just waiting for a refund on my soup." She made a call in the back and eventually emerged with the lidsthey "didn't have." She handed me my soup and apologized for the inconvenience and then I asked her if she was sure she put theextra steak I payed for on my sandwich. She insisted she had. So I get home and there is barely what I would consider a singleportion of meat on my sub, and the bread isn't toasty and it tastes like whole wheat. (Pretty sure the rosemary parm is supposedto be white) Also it was dry as heck and I couldn't taste any peppercorn sauce. Also, my pepperoncini that I always look forwardto was absent. I don't blame these girls so much as their manager. Clearly the manager provided little to no training and thenleft these two girls alone to fend for themselves when they weren't ready to take Read more

Pretty disappointed. This was the worst Chicken Carbonara I've ever had. The service was poor. I could barely here what the lady... was saying. Nobody greeted me. Nobody said, "I'll be with you in a minute" waited a few minutes before she even acknowledged Iwas there. The buns were stale and barely any chicken Carbonara sauce, mushrooms or bacon. For $12-13.... definitely not worthit. I was ranting and raving about how good this sub was going to be and like I said, extremely disappointed... Will not bereturning to this location EVER. Additional as of Jan 4th, 2018: in the past I've had exceptional service and great food. Great and quick service is still... there, but for the price I'm not getting that many toppings anymore, which is saddening coming from the "fresh, great quality!"Quiznos has always boasted about. Additionally, what happened to the baskets you used to get your food in? Those were awesomelittle baskets that added a LOT to the experience of buying food, now now you just get a wrapped up sub as if it were to go. Worst though, was the dry and tasteless oatmeal raising cookie alongside the Gyro sub that was equally tasteless - most of theflavour I got from the red onions, the meat just didn't have anything going for it. This used to be a great location to visit, but not anymore. Original review: Service is quick, food's nice and hot when you get it, and there are usually a decentselection of items you can add on to your meal (I usually go for a cookie). Read more
