My husband and I ate lunch at the 160 Ave location last week and we both got sick. I tried to be kind and call and email as... oppose to leaving a bad review but both were ignored so here we are. My husband had a donair and we shared a donair poutine wasthe only thing we ate that day and by 330pm we were both guts rolling sick. For him this was less of an issue as he was homewith a bathroom. I drive bus and was on my run when this started and let's just say I have never felt more embarrassed ordegraded in my entire life. Will definitely not be eating there again. Do better primetime with food handling and customerservice when someone has a problem. Read more
I tried the large poutine. It was actually quite good. The cheese and gravy were nicely layered from top to bottom. The gravy... was also very good. They didn't use cheese curds but probably a shredded mozzarella. All in all very delicious for the price.Also the large could definitely feed 2 people. Read more

This was our first PrimeTime Donair experience ever, and it was fairly tasty. Was it the best donair I've ever had, definitely... not, but it was still fairly tasty and filling. My wife really enjoyed the classic donair platter. My only complaint about thisexperience was the smell in the restaurant, as there were some plumbers doing some work in the bathroom at the time of ourvisit, but I'm sure this isn't the norm (I did not remove any stars based on this). $7 for fries, $9 for veggie burger. The burger was bland, really really bland. Luckily I had my sauces at work. This place is... local, but they?re really expensive and the food isn?t great. The fries weren?t even hot, for $7. There?s a plant based burgerat KFC, it tastes way better and I like the fries. The service seems, unhappy at this location. They sell great tasting Donair. Waiting is a bit longer most of the time but worth the wait. Also place looks clean and staff... are friendly most of the time. Read more
