Been to other locations they are great. This one wasn't. The taste was lack luster and the donair had way to much sauce.

Loosely wrapped donair, probly trying to make it look bigger than it was. Never have I been able to kill a regular donair in 7... bites like I did this one. I'm a big fan of crinkle cut fries and was really hoping I was gonna get some like the menu picturebut that was not the case. No option to make a meal. It's the first time that I experienced a salad without a lettuce. Like literally donair beef and just dice tomato, pepper, picks... and olive. So disappointing. On top of that, the lady ( hijab and scar on her arm) who serve me is extremely rude she literallyyells at me because I couldn't understand what she's saying because of her bad accent (by the way coming from a immigrantsmyself). I almost cancel my order because of her lack of manners. I feel bad for her co worker because I normally give tip forthe service but ended up not giving any. Super disappointed. This place is ridiculous I had a big order. the chicken was burned we couldn't taste the flavor of the chicken half of the... chicken was burned and black I took some of them out.i wish we eat them their so I can go back and give it to them. but we didnot see until we got home. and I forgot to mention one of the order sauce on the side but I told the girl can I have my sauce onthe side after I paid she wasn't happen she checked the screen and she said you didn't say that you have to pay for it I saidyes you right sorry it's for my son and he isn't sure about that sauce his first time but thanks to the other girl she saidthat's ok you can have it on the side.I paid $46.62. You didn't care you give me burned food but when it comes for your sauceyou don't want loose a penny this not fair .my son he didn't eat his food because it was burned the kids meal doesn't come with drinks its expensive I paid 46.62.I asked for hot sauce and she said you have to pay for it . Although it might be a bit more expensive I don't really mind. As a former fast food worker, observing proper glove wearing... combined with good customer service makes it worthwhile. Chicken burger was made to order, juicy and delicious. Good job Read more

Newly opened place, food is good, customer service is excellent. A bit pricey but it's worth it, very good quality. Try the... prime time flavours to get the best experience. I recommend also getting the Donair Burger Supreme, it's very heavy but ittastes delicious. Read more

Newly opened in Northgate Center. Located in the food court where Edo was prior. Friendly staff. Great taste as always.
