Took multiple times to get my order right when placing the order and after I had paid. $17 for this. (Yes the straw is in the... cup all the way) super tall straw, too narrow to drink the smoothie properly. The sandwich had the lettuce put on then grilledand it wilted all of it. Ordered a single smoothie at 12:23. Watched and waited 15 minutes as all the order numbers before mine went out and some after.... I tried to give them a bit more time and wait a little longer before asking due to the lunch rush. When I asked about when myorder would be made (the fifth order number after mine had been called), they said two minutes. They then came back to me aminute later and said they were out of the smoothie I ordered and asked if I would like to change it. They had an alternatemade, I assume in error for someone else, and gave me that one. Staff were nice enough so I don't want to give them only onestar. Organization though is abysmal. Read more

I remembered the delicious taste of their bread they used on their sandwiches. Their menu was nice, though there were not a lot... to choose from but the taste of their sandwiches were amazing. It can be busy on some days but the staff were prompt so it isalright. The place was clean too. I also like the generous fillings on their sandwiches. Read more

The city centre location is excellent. The staff are extremely courteous and always smiling. The food is healthy and fresh and... the service area is also extremely clean and inviting. I would say that this is the best place downtown to grab a sandwich forlunch or the afternoon! Read more

We had an office lunch recently catered by Press'd. From the delivery person to the freshness of the sandwiches, every part of... the business that we dealt with was exceptional. The entire order was perfectly prepared with no concerns, and all of our staffmembers were blown away with the taste combinations. If you?re press?d for time, fast service and courteous staff are there waiting for you. If you?re press?d for great selection of... unique sandwiches, they?ve got it. If you?re press?d for great taste it?s okay. I had the Cubano and it was good but not nearlyspicy enough and a bit bland. I also feel the sandwich should have been press?d a bit longer to melt the cheese more. I havebeen to press?d a few times and quality is always good. Overall the experience has always been good and I will come back atsome point as I have a lot of choices working downtown and I don?t eat at the same place all the time.
