Worst service ever!!!. Was waiting at the counter to pay for a long time . Someone came out and saw us waiting and just went... back into the backroom. She finally came back out just to tell us that it would be 10 minutes for someone to come ring us up.Seriously!?! I Told them I was going to go then come back to pay, that got their attention.... I am regular customer of potluck. I went there this evening to have dinner with my family and it was the worst experience ever.... We ordered to stay in and everyone at my table received their order except me. I was told that my goat roti will be right up. 20minutes no roti. Finally I asked the server and she said that she placed the order a long time ago. She finally went to checkwhen I appeared visibly upset. Then she comes with the roti in a to go box with no apology. I said I asked for the roti to stayand it's in a to go box. At this point I was over it and wanted to get the out of there. We went to the till to pay and still noapology or compensation for the bad service. I will not be going back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Read more
