Just bought family meals for 10 pcs of chicken and the guys says we can have mild, as soons as the manager comes her name was... francine,she gave an attitude and yell at the front guys saying we can only have six, there are lots of chicken on the tray itsjust the manger francine making it big deal out of it. I am ok to wait but please say it nicely and dont be rude. some peopleneed to have manners including the manager francine to treat their costumer nicely otherwise there is a lot of popeyes branch tobuy chicken. Brand new popeyes on james mowatt just opened up i must say i would have gave it a zero but no choice i haveto give it a one... star.i oredered chicken tenders combo the tenders were undercooked with pink chicken inside a crispy coating of fried batterthat taste like it was made the day before will not be going back to this location ever again what a shame it just opened up forbusiness i dont think they will be able to keep their clientele due to insufficient traing given to their newly trainedemployees.dont bother wasting your time n money here. Last week I ordered take out? came home and my Blackened Ranch and Biscuits were missing. I was not happy but just didn?t call... and complain cause everyone makes mistakes. Today, I ordered and got home and my Coleslaw was missing? as this point I waspretty upset cause I was super hungry and I can?t enjoy chicken without coleslaw?. So this time I decided to ? First time trying a Popeyes. Had high hopes, but wow this was terrible. Ordered a 4 piece and onion rings. I've never had worse... chicken or onion rings in my entire life. It was genuinely terrible. The onion rings were old, and felt like they had beensitting out for days. Dry and hard. Almost hurt the mouth to try and chew. The onion inside the rings felt like trying to chewthrough a piece of rubber. The chicken, again fell like it has been sitting out for hours or days under a heating light. Super excited to have a Popeyes close by. Went in on the grand opening. Staff was super friendly. Went in at 9pm and chicken... was still nice and hot and tasted great. Staff busy keeping it very tidy and clean. Look forward to my next visit :) Read more
