CHECK YOUR ORDERS! The chicken was good, let?s start there. However, I ordered a 8 piece meal with large side, and 4 biscuits... but got 3 pieces, small side, and one biscuit instead. I live an hour away so by the time I got home it was late and I was tootired to call to complain. Came the next day and of course there was nothing that could be done for me. Greasy chickeny goodness. We were promptly greeted when entering by a cheerful cashier. We ordered the family deal for 9... tenders, 2 sides, and 4 biscuits. Our sides we were mashed potatoes and fries. We got the tenders 50/50 for spicy and mild.Chicken was hot. The dipping sauces were a good addition. As we decided to dine in the cashier added cardboard plates for us toput our food on which was really nice. Let's be honest, you're not coming here for a healthy meal. I am so disappointed. I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender platter . The chicken was so dry and hard I couldnt even break it... to dip into the sauce. Even the biscuit was dry and it was obvious it had been sitting for too long. I used the drive throughat 4:30 pm so one would think the chicken, and the bun, would be fresh in order to be ready for the supper customers. I wont goto this Popeyes again. Read more

I was excited when I saw they were building a Popeyes in my area. Tonight on my way home from work I stopped to pickup dinner,... and lunch for the next day. Unfortunately this was a mistake and will be my first and last visit. I had one person ahead of mewhich was fairly quick. I asked for an 8 piece chicken strips, just the chicken no sides. I was told that it only came in a mealso I agreed and ended up purchasing the meal for ~$35. I then waited patiently for them to complete the order. It wasn't busy,but more steady. As I am waiting I see on the menu that there is actually the 8 piece chicken strips, just the chicken for ~$24.Rather than go through the hassle of pointing out the mistake I just let it go. After 20 minutes of waiting, and 2 customersthat came in after me and ordered larger orders getting their orders and leaving I approached the counter and asked where myorder was. I had to tell her 4 times what I had ordered while she dug through a stack of old receipts. There was maybe 5 ordersin the time from my order to that point. Turns out she gave my order to the person that came in after me and had already left.By this time it is about 25 minutes since I ordered and I said that I wasn't waiting for them to remake my order and that I justwanted my money back. She ignored the request and tore apart someone else's order to get the chicken strips for my order. Ratherthan cause a scene and insist on getting my money back I just left it alone and took my order which was someone else' s ordertorn apart. I left after more than 30 minutes in the store unhappy. To further cause annoyance, I arrived at home to find outthey only put 7 chicken strips in the order so they shorted me one. Just ordered a meal through skip the dishes ordered a shrimp combo( says a bottled coke ) spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles... n biscuit. Well send me a fountain coke not a bottled coke, a regular chicken sandwich with pickles which made me through up ascant have pickles n cldnt even enjoy the shrimps after throwing up.
