Used to come here all the time until the food quality started to get very inconsistent. Now it seems the service has gotten... worse as well. My meal was tasty but to have to wait 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich when there's no one else in the drivethru and the restaurant hardly has anyone inside is crazy. Especially for 1230pm on a Monday. Also they gave me the wrong drink.I ordered a root beer and they gave me coke. I understand if they don't have root beer but at least communicate that instead ofjust giving me something else. Read more

Always check your order. Stuff is ALWAYS missing and they dont answer their phone. Had to remind the girl in drive-thru that we... should have 3 drinks for our 3 combos.. We went through the drive thru to place our order. The staff member referred to the Buttermilk Ranch dipping sauce as... "Buttermilk". (Not very accurate or appealing) They also forgot to give us our drink, but luckily we had parked for a fewminutes. The employee brought the drink to our vehicle. Read more

First time being at this location, order took a long time and it didn't seem busy. However, the staff was very polite and... courteous and the chicken came out piping hot, crispy and juicy. i usually never have problems when ordering takeout, but this location is terrible at listening to instructions. i asked for two... things in the note on Skip and they gave me the opposite. Idk if someone was just having a bad day but y?all need to make sureyour employees are putting out food people WANT to eat; and not being disrespectful with the way they package it. Read more

Great service here. I was helped quickly and kindly. I had gone inside to pick up my order since the drive through was jammed... packed, most likely due to the new chicken sandwich debuting that week. I bought a few of the deluxe chicken sandwiches and afamily pack of chicken and sides. Sandwiches were ok, good quality chicken inside, not sure if it's worth the hype. Definitelynot worth stabbing someone over, maybe a dirty look. Chicken pieces and sides were decent, maybe a bit too greasy though. Read more
