Arrived at 730 and did not receive food until 755. 4... skip drivers came for pickup after I arrived and were packaged before mine. Be prepared to wait a loooooooong time, no matter how you order (in person or mobile app). Popeye's marinates their chicken for... 12 hrs, and this process starts when you place your order. This location has been open for years now and there's been zeroimprovement in service time. It's actually worse now that they take delivery orders. Tip: if you order in the app make sure totell someone when you arrive. It doesn't matter that the app makes you select a time, your order won't be ready by that time.You have to let them know you're their for your order so that they start getting out together. I'd like to give it a higher rating however we never get what we order and they still charge us the full price. If they're not... including what should be included then why is the price the same. Doesn't make sense. Usually order 12 piece chicken which itstates that it comes with biscuit and sides but when we pick it up it's just chicken. When asking them about it they say it'sjust chicken. We ordered the 4 can dine mobile offer for $30.00 which should include 2 sandwiches, 2 pieces of chickens, 4 pieces of tenders... and 4 sides?.. when we got home, we noticed that they did not give us the chicken tenders which is a main portion of the mealand I only got 4 pieces of onion rings for my size?. 4!!! Their chicken nuggets are so much better than other competitors' chicken nuggets. However, their onion rings really shouldn't be... on their menu. Sometimes it's cold, even when it's fresh, it doesn't taste good. Stay away from their onion rings and get theirfries instead. Read more
