I ordered food online from here and it said it was delivered but when I checked there was nothing. I kept the door open and... waited another 10min and still nothing so I decided to call and while I was on the phone the driver decided to beat on my door.Once I had the food in the house I noticed that I was missing an items so again I called and waited to be transferred. Absolutely atrocious service at the Edmonton Manning Pizza Hut location. I did an online order for my family's dinner last week... - and 1 item, (a whole pizza) was not what we had ordered. I contacted the Manning location directly via phone and spoke to aperson named "Nadeesh" who told me he was the restaurants Manager. I told him my concern, and not only was he extremelycondescending and rude, he did not allow a refund for the single item. He asked that I return my entire order to be issued arefund, after my family had already begun eating the meal! I have never experienced this from a restaurant before EVER. So, Ibasically took the food out of my families hands, and put it back in the boxes and the delivery driver showed up for a secondtime (I felt so bad for him, a he did nothing wrong) to take all of our meal back. Apparently that's how they do customerservice here at Edmonton Manning Pizza Hut location. And now to top it all off - it's been 7 full days, and I've yet to see arefund on my account after contacting the store, and corporate directly. No follow up from them whatsoever, and no attempt tomake things right. Please don't waste your families hard earned money at this place!! Clearly seeing the most recent reviews,their corporate office needs to be addressing management and ensuring customers voices are actually heard. Zero stars, worstservice I've ever had from a restaurant in Edmonton. This is something that in my opinion, would have been an easy fix, but whata nightmare and huge waste of energy attempting to reach out to them. Read more

Absolutely disappointed ???? we order for this location lots and it's usually pretty good but today was just unbelievable. The... wings were good but our pizzones were a major let down, there was the smallest amount of cheese and almost no toppings on them,it was like eating dry bread. Just because you get busier doesn't mean quality should take the hit we will not be orderingagain. Read more
Do not order from this location!!! Today ordered two medium pizzas with 14 wings, 2L Pepsi and 2 dips. Never received either of... the dips and one of the pizzas was missing toppings on majority of the pizza. So just had baked dough and the pieces that dohave ?toppings? put as little as possible as there is no flavour due to no pizza sauce, couple slices of ham and next to nocheese. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering from this location. Must be rocket science to put a decent pizzatogether. So thank you for taking my hard earned money and giving me a garbage in return. Read more
