Very poorly placed wings directly into the paper packet w/o any foil. And the sauce was not poured over all pieces. I think this... was packed not by an employee but the delivery person.???? Very bad experience nearly spoiled my sat dinner. Please improve yourcustomer service. Had many issues about missing dips and sauces many times earlier. Please improve your service. Read more
This is the worst Pizza Hut I?ve ever been to. They got our order wrong on telephone giving us a medium pizza which we paid for... $38 with tip, and when I went in there the staff laughed at me saying I got what I ordered. Worst customer service and terriblepizza. Read more

We ordered food online and this was our store. One of the pizzas we got was a Chicken Caesar, and we got the 5 cheese stuffed... crust to try it out. Instead we got the spicy stuffed crust, which given my partner and I have stomach issues was basicallyuneatable. Called pizza hut phone number, twice. Why? Cause first time the lady hung up on us. Second time was half an hour onhold before talking to someone who when said since we ordered online he couldn't help us and would transfer us to the storelevel. No one ever picked up, I'm guessing cause they closed early due to Canada Day. Which I understand, but the guy I spoke toshould have been aware they had closed. All we wanted to do was get a pizza we could actually eat, we were looking forward totrying this new crust out! But thanks to all receipts having corporate's number, despite us having to speak to someone at storelevel with online orders is ridiculous. This Pizza Hut franchise is generous with toppings. I usually order online for store pick-up and the order is generally ready... within 10 minutes. Love the thin crust and their pan pizza. Read more
