The location is in a bad area and so there is constantly intoxicated people nearby and inside the store, the food is relatively... fast and tasty! For long time we were a loyal customer to this branch And we always order pesto garden veggie pizza. It was always so nice. Called to place my order for pickup they said my pepperoni and pineapple would be ready in 20 minutes when I got there it was... ready but incorrectly made I called there customer services number back to complain and get the right pizza but it took them 30minutes to give it to me after my son heard one of the employees on the phone seemingly arguing with someone about the order... not sure if it's worth go back next time.. I went to eat the pizza to find the crust was NOT completely cooked. Called themto tell them the issue but there response was to tell me there was nothing they would do . I let them know that this issue couldhave been avoided if the call center employee that took the original order was able to both speak and understand English even asmall amount more so the order could have been confirmed correctly over the phone in the first place... I then told thecustomer service person that I will never order from pizza 73 again and hung up the phone. Read more
Went for take out around 11 pm when it was empty and ordered two pizzas. When the pizza was done both were wrong, was told they... would only fix one pizza and only if I returned one of the wrong ones AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THE NEW ONE on top of the first 2.Pay for 3 pizzas but only for 2?
