Well not a good experience with this location ordered pizza and wings tonight open the Box and we just discovered that there was... a beetle that was going to share our pizza with us Crawling around the Box and on our pizza. Very very poor customer serviceand supervisor experience wouldn't even refund the cost of I order said oh we'll Refund $40 that's not what we paid.We will notever eat from this location again and maybe not pizza 73 if that's how they will treat their customers. Ordered pizza at 1am, the place closes at 2am. I phoned the customer service line to confirm my order and they said they were in... the process of making it. My order did not come at all, it is now after 2am and the store is closed and won?t let me call it. 0stars Read more
Worst customer service ever. We placed an order for our workplace 7 hours before the requested delivery time and got a... confirmation email with order # and everything. When 40 minutes passed after the set delivery time, I called to check and theysaid they don't have any record of our order at all. I gave the customer service lady the order# and everything and the ladyblamed this on technical difficulty. I had to replace the whole order again as 25 people were waiting for food. We finallyreceived the order after 2 hours and there was one pizza missing. So, had to call them again. The lady at this location wassuper rude as well just like their customer service person. She didn't believe that they missed 1 pizza out of 15 we ordered.Never seen this level of customer service ever in Canada or anywhere for that matter. This is the last time we ordered fromPizza 73. 1. Chicken topping was a joke as size of m&m?s is even better. 2. Staff is every time very rude and disrespectful. There is... something wrong with the people here especially the man who was working here on late night; Tuesday 16 Feb 2022. He is extremelyunprofessional and needs some serious training on very basic customer service etiquettes! 3. Ordered from other locations andnever had any issues but at this store not even a single good experience. Poor quality pizza and Unprofessional staff. Nevergoing back again. Would not recommend this location to anyone. 4. Pizza73 has seal proof boxes but I was given an old box (photoattached with this review) and when asked the man working there laughed and had no reason or answer to my question. I could seethe seal proof boxes behind the counter and then he said, we just got the boxes. This is a serious quality flaw deterioratingPizza73?s goodwill. 5.
