Delivery was so quick! YAY cause I was really hungry. My order was pretty basic?.you know, wedgies, poppers and the funnel cake... sticks?.oh and golden wings (how could I forget the wings) Unfortunately the wings were pretty skimpy (you know, Cornish hensize) that was disappointing SIGH!! ???? Worst location for pickup orders.. no one cares to attend you in store.. Had to wait in store for a while just for someone to... attend. Note: they were not under staffed.. lot of people working around but one one cares if any customer walk in to store. Read more
One of the worst pizza 73 i have ever visited The customer service was too bad and the staff itself didn't know which toppings... they had in their menu. The pizza was not made properly lacking cheese from all the sides and the base was not cooked properly.Moreover,Staff didn't have hairnets and the floors and ovens were too greasy, Hygiene level is zero for this restaurant If youare visiting this garbage restaurant please check your order once you receive it and make sure to tell them to wash their handsand then start making your order. I?m the least picky eater and I've been known to like pretty much everything - regardless of what other people say. Hell, I've... eaten 7-11 food for months on end and was completely fine with it. But yesterday, I noticed that our pizza was substandardbefore anyone even mentioned it. When I picked up the first slice, it did not droop at the tip but was as hard as a 10 day oldcadaver. It was not juicy or soft but was hard and crunchy throughout so I had to use some effort with each bite. Also, I?mnot sure if they put any cheese on it or sauce for that matter. Toppings were sparse on nonexistent, and I don?t feel we shouldhave to play Where?s Waldo with our pizza. Very disappointing when we were starving and looking forward to the experience thata good pizza brings when you?re famished and have a hankering for one. The icing on the cake: both of our stomachs wereunsettled after eating the pizza so I?m fairly sure the cadaver reference was pretty fitting. All we wanted was good pizza andnot a laxative. Thanks. I had orderd the mega meal and when I received it there was like no sauce and it was dry. I had called customer service (the... lady I spoke to was very helpful) she suggested a replacement order of the pizza which was fine with me then this specific storecalled her back to tell her they won't do the replacement pizza unless I give back the old ones which was fine but my daughteris sick with covid symptoms so I told them that it probably wouldn't be a good idea to take them back ( we didnt even want toeat them anyway) she put me on hold to tell the store and they refused to send the replacement pizza so the customer servicelady just gave me credits instead and I was okay with that just annoyed that I had to reorder and pay for delivery again and ittook over an hour. Now back to the pizza the first ones were dry no flavor or suace at all also the wings I received were allldrums, I think I had 2 flats outta the 8 I got. Anyway just super annoyed with the whole situation as it could have been dealtwith better and quicker from the store and employees I'd like to point out tho that the customer service lady was very helpfuland kind. Probably won't order pizza 73 again as this is the nearest location to deliver to me. Read more
I don?t even want to give one star on the basis of a recent incident that happened with us.We had an extremely bad experience... with this location. We ordered pizza and there was a Big ???? bug in the pizza. We Called back at the store and they neveraccepted their mistake, they told us to come back to the store with the proof in order to show them there was a bug. We went tothe store and as usual they did not accept their mistake and on top of that they treated us so badly . They told us we haveintentionally put the bug on the pizza. We highly recommend to avoid going to this location. #AHS must do a thorough inspectionat this location. STOP BUYING PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION ?? Read more
