Half way through the pizza, My boyfriend bit into a full piece of glass that was baked into the crust of the pizza! We are very... lucky that neither our kids, or us ate it. Customer service just said "sorry for the inconvenience" and offered us $10 credit(which doesnt even cover the cost of the medium pizza we got with multiple toppings). The man on the phone didnt seem to careone bit. Poor customer service. Poor quality. Imagine if someone ate the glass?! It's not an inconvenience, it's down rightDANGEROUS! Read more
We ordered 1 deluxe and 1 Hawaiian pizza. We received the deluxe and 1 pizza with just cheese as toppings. When I called pizza... 73 I was told because I ordered through skip the dishes it was a skip issue even though my receipt printed by pizza 73 wascorrect only the pizza was wrong. The info relayed by skip to pizza 73 was obviously correct as they printed it on theirreceipt. A lack of ownership by pizza 73 is why I am leaving a poor review. Read more
This location (126 st 153 ave) always does a good job. I used to order from one in Clareview and they alllllways skimped on the... cheese and toppings. I got tired of calling and sending it back so I just quit ordering from 73. I moved and thought I'll trythis one and wow I have yet to be disappointed. These guys make it the way it looks in photos. Always hot, proper amount ofcheese, nicely cooked, and fast delivery. The only 'complaint' I have is that I'm pretty sure 73 has changed its pizza sauce andit's not as good. However, that has nothing to do with this location. Great work folks! Keep it up. Read more
We got an old pizza .we ordered 2 large pizzas from 73 they put a fresh pizza on top and hours old pizza on the bottom in the... same box. I always come here, this isn?t the first time that this happened, I ordered half pepperoni half cheese (pick up) and the girl on... the phone said three dipping sauces were included so I said ?sure why not?. Once I picked it up the total was $16 becauseapparently I asked double pepperoni and double cheese... which I did not ask for! And I explained it to the girl and she wasgiving me attitude and saying that she can?t do anything about it. very rude and very unprofessional and not how you treat yourcustomers. Very disappointed. Fantastic pizza location. When you order extra cheese you certainly get it. We ordered a small cheese pizza and a medium... pepperoni and it was 15$. This is half the cost of a family of 4 going to other fast food places. Great value and great flavor. Ask for the sesame see crust - superb. Read more
