I am so incredibly unimpressed by the large donair pizza I just ordered. I ordered a large donair pizza and I was ripped off so... badly on the meat I was barely given a single piece of donair meat for each slice. I tried calling but this store just closed. I ordered wings and pizza for delivery. I ordered screaming hot wings and was disappointed when honey hot came to the door. I... immediately called customer service and was offered a new order of wings to be delivered by the next available driver and tokeep the old wings for the inconvenience. The one at the counter has the worst customer service i?ve ever experienced. A liar. He don?t want me to touch anything inside... their store front because he said my hands was dirty (kinda racist) . I?m asking his name but he refused to tell me. He said heis the manager but i doubt it because manager doesn?t act like that. And then when they give me my receipt they put ? owner ? onthe name of who ever i get served. WORST. i don?t usually give feedback but the guy is worst. This place is the WORSE place. If I could give a zero star I would. I wish I read the reviews before going in. I ordered... chicken wings (40 pieces) When he open the box first all the wings were super tiny which didn't bother me. I noticed they lookedburnt. He said it it was just color of the breading. I knew better but I still took them. I tried a piece of it in the car. Theywere DISGUSTING. I went back in to let them know they were burnt. The cashier went and called someone in back I believe it wasthe person that cooked my wings. He was a short man with attitude told me that he cooked the wings for exactly 9 mins what'srequired.. no common sense. If the wings are extremely small and you fried them for the same time period as normal wings. Whatdo you think? Anyways He started screaming at me. I asked for my money back. They told me they wouldn't give me back my money inthe store. That I had to call the customer service line. Again no common sense. I didn't call the call centre to my order mywings. I went to that location and paid. Again I asked them for my money back they told me no. So I called into the call centreand they were confused as well. Why I would need to call them to get my money back. The call centre guy was nice enough to callthem in the store to ask them to pay me back and they refused again. My wings were dried up and hairy my 40 pieces of wings fitin box for 10 pieces picture attached. NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION. The worst pizza ever! Bought this pepperoni pizza and it tasted HORRIBLE. The meat was burnt, rotten and had a bad smell and... taste to it. Could not finish one slice.
