Classic style burgers with Peter's special sauce. Not fancy 20 toppings burgers, just classic. Each burger actually comes with... 1.5 patties. Fries are cut and made fresh and the milkshakes are simply amazing. Over 20 flavors and you can mix them so thereare 1000's of combinations. Is a nice huge space for a Burger spot. Perfect place right in the middle of Calgary trail and Gateway Boulevard. Ok, single... burger with cheese little dry. Fountain pop was not the greatest. Suprise. The drink menu could be alot better. Upsells couldbe better. Read more
Today was my first time eating here - and my last! Wow, what was all the hype about with this place? I get that they're more... known for their milkshakes, which I did not get. The burger & fries were so low quality. It's nice to get a 1-gallon bucket offries, but only if the fries are worth eating - these are not. The fries were made to order and I live less than 3 blocks away,so the fact that they were so soggy & tasteless is quite disappointing. The burger is seriously like a Hygaard product from aconvenience store. Absolute garbage. Dry bun and a dry, flavorless patty. It's a big hard no on a repeat visit - I won't evenentertain the thought of a milkshake from this place after this garbage meal. Read more
The burger was sub par, would give it a 3/5. The poutine was pretty decent, not quite enough cheese. Would give it 3.5/5. The... milkshakes were absolutely delicious, 5/5! $21 for poutine double cheese burger and milkshake is a little hefty. Wouldn't saythe burger is all that worth it Read more
First time at Peter?s, and it?s great! I got a mango milkshake and it was great! I also got a cheese burger with peters sauce... and the generosity of sauce was great. It was covered. As advice I recommend ordering a small fry because it?s still too much. Ireally enjoyed my food I hope you guys do too. Read more
So we heard about this place while driving around delivering uber meals. Apparently they have had a location in Calgary for... years and expanded into Edmonton in the last year or so I believe. The vehicles lined up down a major road (gateway blvd). Wewanted to try this place but couldn't wait that long in a line. We finally decided to try it yesterday. Yeah not worth the $35for 2 burgers with 1 small fry and 2 shakes. The burger patties were so thin I was wondering where my meat was. Never done thatbefore anywhere. The bun was huge and thick so I pulled all the excessive bun bread off. The banana shake looked and tastedpretty much like vanilla with an occasional hint of banana flavoring as I drank it. So boring. It was supposed to be homemade hamburgers and I have never seen patties that thin. Homemade would never be that thin. The fries, the small fries size isdefinitely good enough for 2 people. Except they are the thin fries and almost 1/3 were over cooked and hard so we didn't eatthem. The rest of the fries were delicious though. Totally not living up to the hype AT ALL. Stopped in for lunch today. Ordered the double cheese burger, onion rings and a shake. Place has a ton of parking. Lots of... indoor and outdoor seating areas too. I have previously used the drive thru and it's fast. The food was amazing. The shakeperfect. Thick and yummy. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant was super clean. Always make sure to stop by Peters. The burgers are great, make sure to get the peters bbq sauce on it. The fries and onion... rings are great too, they give you tons so I always just share a side with my wife.
