We didn't know that they offer free Cockroach as a topping. When we called the owner ro complain about our food he argued in a... pretty rude manner and refused the refund or even switch the pizza. Papa John's has always been our favorite brand and never hadany issues at any other locations but not sure what's wrong with this location. We'll never order anything from this locationand probably file a complaint about their food Safety and Hygiene standards to Alberta Health Services. Read more
Will never give Papa John's our business again. Ordered online and paid with cc. 40m later, manager calls to say that our... address is out of their delivery address. But it was their online system that assigned the restaurant. Pizzas were already madeand in the driver's car but manager refused. So we had just waited 45m for a supper that wasn't coming. Ordered three hours in advance and it was still over half an hour late. When concerns expressed to drive her he just made... excuses instead of a simple apology. If you were busy and your food is going to be late at least let your customers know whenthey call you asking where it is. Don?t just say oh 5 more mins if that?s not the case Read more
I'll start by saying the food was very good. We had pizza along with several sides and it was all delicious. What really left... a bad taste in our mouths was the service from the lady at the store. Unbelievably rude. When we walked in to pick up ouronline order we were not greeted or welcomed, instead we were shouted at. "Yeah"?! Was how we were approached. Another"Yeah"?! Shortly after. We responded with we are here to pick up our order... "name"? Was how she responded. After bringingthe order to the counter we asked about the bottle of pop that comes with the combo. The face she made was like we were stupidfor asking her about it and was very unappealing to be honest. I told her the combo comes with a bottle of pop and then sherealized she made a mistake and quickly went to get the pop from the fridge. Instead of taking accountability she just kind ofhalf smiled as she handed it to us. Even after we paid and were leaving there was no thank you, enjoy your meal. Nothing. I'vesaid it before with other establishments and I'll say it with this one too... I felt as if I was inconveniencing her based offof the interaction we received. I don't feel that this person's people skills and especially customer service skills are verygood at all. It turned me off from wanting to go to this location again to be honest.
