They?re delivery prioritization is messed up. I live less than 5 minutes away and it always arrives semi-warm. Maybe 1/8 times... it?s arrived hot. 2nd time we ordered pizza, got 2 med for 32 bucks. Pizza is tasty, the only complaint we have is dont leave in fridge for 3... days, gets kinda hard. We will continue to buy from here, the value is worth it. Quick turnaround, fast pick up, good pizza. Read more
Honestly the food was amazing! And I know this is a weird complaint, but my boyfriend and I have ordered from here a couple... times and every single time, the box has been folded like it was folded by a toddler. I know it seems minor but it is superinconvenient when you go to grab your pizza box and it falls apart in your hands. I mean how hard can it be to fold a box? itsnot rocket science! I had one of the worst experiences tonight. I have bought pizza here probably 30 times. I am a regular customer. Tonight I... ordered a shaq-a-roni pizza (which I normally get) and it was the most poorly made pizza ever. The toppings were not to theedge, there was hardly any sauce (I asked for extra) and there was barely any cheese. The pizza was also full of bubbleseverywhere. I didn't realize this until I got all the way home, so I got back in my car and drove 10 minutes back and asked themto remake it. The worker there did not apologize and was very rude. After waiting 10 minutes he handed me my remade pizza and itALSO was not made properly. Toppings were still not all the way to the edge. I am not a "trouble customer", I just expect apizza to be made right. I asked to speak to a manager and I was shocked to find out the person I was dealing with (Patrick) wasthe owner. I asked for a refund and told him I won't be back again and he didn't seem to care. So if you order from here Iwouldn't be surprised if you find very little toppings on your pizza. Read more
I have always enjoyed the pizza from here. Out of all the big Pizza chains I like Papa John?s the best. The got good tasty... sauce and are pretty generous with their toppings. NO ONIONS! Add olives. Paid the extra charges for customization but got the stock item. Meat pizza had skimpy toppings.
