I got my order and it was supposed to be 2 entrees (honey chicken and king pao chicken) when I opened the box at home, there was... only honey chicken, the side was noodles and they were very doughy. The service was poor, the quantity is very low, the food was poor, the noodles were raw. The manager in the black dress was... super rude we were there to get food at 7:50 I ordered 3 chicken teriyaki and they put the quantity for 1 order into 3 platesand they said they will not cook more food. There were no fortune cookies in the bag and there was no teriyaki sauce at thestore either and they still wanted me to pay full price. Have literally enough food for one customer at a time. Was here twice in 1 week where we walked out because there was basically... orange chicken and rice left after they were cleaned out by family meals. The one time we were able to eat here the portionswere half what any other Panda Express provided. Avoid? Read more
Panda Express South Common - If I could give NO STARS AT ALL. I have been visiting this branch for years now. And I would say... that in the recent months store has the declined greatly service compared to all Panda Express Locations in Canada. We live inthe North but oftentimes we would do our shopping in South Common and during our visits lately, either they ran out of FORK, orran out of SOY SAUCE, CHILI SAUCE and now last Saturday, came with my family and they ran out of LARGE DRINKS!! It?s reallyunbelievable how this branch is so mis managed. The service here used to be exceptional. There is a Panda Express near our placeand we have no issues with these. And to make it worse, a manger or supervisor in black shirt with glasses (Indian lady) passedby our table and she reeked of body odor. I?m sorry but this is unacceptable in any food service industry. Oh my goodness!Where is the hygiene of employees here! Our entire family love Panda Express so much but this branch is terrible.The ownersshould look into this. Unbelievable! Read more
I ordered a bigger plate tonight at the south common location . I got home took 2 bites and cut my mouth on a long piece of... coiled up metal. This could have been really bad if I would've swallowed this piece of metal it was about an inch long coiledup. I ordered 2 orange chicken, black pepper chicken and rice. It was mixed in with the black pepper chicken. I am very upset.When I called the location they just said they would replace my meal. I am not happy at all, I am horrified it's not like it wasa hair it was a hard piece of metal and cut the roof of my mouth and if I didn't notice and swallowed it it would've been worse.Horrible I don't even know how this could've happened or gotten in my food. Very horrible service.I came in to order a to go..not very many choices for entree. the beef broccoli that i supposed to order... is not available. i order a diet pepsi in bottle and the server forgot to give it to me. Good thing i checked before i left. andalso she didnt even tell me the cutlery was beside the fountain pop machine.I was looking for it cause she didnt put one in mybag. Read more
If I could give 0 out of 5 I would. The chicken was breaded so much I wasnt sure there was even chicken in there. The ginger... beef was definitely not beef. The wonton soup was surprisingly bad. The wonton wrappers are like 'bready'? I guess is the way todescribe them. The broccoli in the soup was raw and huge. Like half a head of broccoli, totally raw and crunchy.
