ordered delivery yesterday...took over an hour to get here and we live a few blocks from the store (half an hour passed the... estimated time of delivery) They also forgot a drink. we drove to the store to get the drink and a dipping sauce. My boyfriendstood there waiting for service and got NO help for 20 minutes even though the store was busy and he was constantly making eyecontact with the workers and the manager (who could care less). He finally got service when he asked from a young man who wasnice and apologetic. It is not the kids fault. The management and service is terrible here. AND there was a big deep hole in oneslice which looked like someone poked it with their finger. Unimpressed. Read more
