COLD/STALE CHICKEN TENDERS I came to this location for a quick midnight snack for my family and unfortunately the food quality... was not up to the standards that we are normally used to. We ordered the by your side combo for $15 and used the pay-online /pick-up in store option. The chicken was stale and just "warm", it was definitely not fresh and not a very pleasant experience. Just ordered two pizzas here and while waiting noticed the chef takes orders/payment and goes back to making my two pizzas that... I ordered without washing the hands. Management please take this in to consideration. Read more
Personally, I only come here for their taco pizza, which is absolutely delicious.. When made right. I feel Panago as a... franchise has kind of gone down hill or maybe my tastes have changed, i'm not really sure, but the pizza is just not what itused to be.. Like I got a taco pizza earlier last month and the crust was actually soggy, like how do you get soggy crusts? Icouldn't tell if it was moisture from the sour cream or from the grease, so I decided this time I would order a pepperoni pizzaas well, just to see how Panago is doing with their pizzas... Man even the pepperoni pizza's crust was soggy. Its funny,because their appetizers and sides are actually better than the pizzas, seemingly. Yeah, I would resort to Panago if it waslate, but they aren't even open that late, so I mean, if you have other options, which you definitely do, you should exercisethem in my opinion. Read more
First time ordering from this location. Very disappointed with my order. The pizza was terrible. Over cooked and dry .The... toppings were not fresh and could not even taste the cheese. I will not be ordering my pizza from panago's again. Read more
We enjoy Panago in general, but particularly the Tamarack location. The pizza is always baked just that little bit more that... just makes it so delicious. They never disappoint! Read more
Ordered on a Friday evening 30 minutes before closing and it was disappointing. I just ordered two medium pizzas with chicken... poppers. Haven't eaten at Panagos for a long time and had a better impression of how their pizza was... especially at the givenpricepoint. It was stale and the dough was meh. I could tell that the dough wasn't freshly slapped and unsure if the food waseven left under the heater? Poppers weren't crispy either but it wasn't a main concern for me. Disgusting They?re very unprofessional and zero for their customer service. We?re so hungry, So we ordered vegetarian pizza (as... we?re veg). But the pizza we got it smells like rotten meat. It happened at 1 am. When we went there to report about the pizza.The owner and the employee didn?t accept their mistake. Never ever going to pango again. Worst pizza in the town.
