We went up to order, it was about closing time which is understandable, but as someone who has worked in retail you always serve... right until closing. Again I understand it was two minutes before close. We were a family of 5 would have been at least a $40order that was missed out one. Have to say it was poor service as we were standing there for a while and she was taking anotherorder and after they order then told us that, that person was the last person they were serving. Ordered the Watermelon sparkler, but the drink separated from the juice. It was red on the bottom separated from the white. Not... even the worst part, my brother ordered a watermelon juice and the dude just grabbed the drink from the DISPLAY MENU????????????. Management really need to train there staff better here. I came today to order a Chili Cheese Dog and a Smoothie. The staff... both who look very inexperienced, one even mentioned it was her first day, had difficulty finding the item I wanted to order inthe POS. Then the girl whos only been there 1 day makes my chili cheese dog wrong twice. The first time she makes it she putsbarely any Chilli on the dog and puts it on first, the the second time she puts it on second but there not even one full scoopon. I know we are experiencing inflation but that's not what I got YESTERDAY at the other location in the mall. I don't reallyblame the staff to be honest.
