Nandos is very reminisce of Swiss Chalet but with more spices and tastier. Affordable for a family setting. Chicken was tender... and juicy. The ambience is pretty fun and service is good too. However, I will say, last night the brussel sprouts weren't astasty as they usually are, they used to have a crispness to them, but last night they were soggy and they added onions to themwhich they didn't usually do before. Have always supported this Nandos through Covid and former management and staff were always kind and extremely helpful. Loved... coming to this location with my family once a week. Recently there has been a lot of changes to staff and management resultingin sloppy service and long wait times with skip drivers prioritized over regular customers. Instead of fixing the pop machinewhich has been out for 3 weeks staff think its acceptable to only charge for bottled beverages instead of acknowledging theirmistake and charging fountain pop pricing. Literally just forcing a sale for no reason and then a 35 minute wait for chicken. Inwhat world does it take that long to cook chicken on a day where it's not even busy? Also no thanks to $14 for pop for 4 people.Will not be coming back here again. Hope they eventually fix their issues. Read more
They messed up our order. They didn?t give us coleslaw and sadly the meal felt dry. We did not have time to go back just to get... one item because we were at kdays in the parking lot trying to eat before it got cold (which they knew we would be at kdaysbecause they asked). They said they would compensate us with a whole chicken and coleslaw for the inconvenience. However, whenmy mom drove there to claim it (we live far) they did not honour it and only said they would give her the coleslaw. When Icalled moments later they said they?d give us a coleslaw and side? there is no consideration for peoples time. When a businesspromises a specific item, it should be honoured? 4 of us heard the worker say whole chicken and coleslaw. Read more
