Ordered the Chicken Hakka Noodles, Chilli Chicken, and Indian Chai. The server was polite and attentive. The food service was... pretty decent time-wise and Chilli Chicken tasted absolutely delicious. However, the noodles were lackluster. The noodles wereexcessively greasy and were too salty. The tea was brilliant and was apt for cleansing the pallete and finishing the meal. Read more

I have always loved this restaurant in Edmonton. I appreciate the host who took my order almost close to kitchen closing. I had... the best kadhai chicken in so long. Thank you. I would recommend this place always for trying any Indian food. Butter chickenis my all time favourite. Do not forget to try the butter chicken samosa you will never regret this choice as it?s the best intown. Rest overall it has all you wanna eat and try in Indian cuisine. Read more

We had three main dishes and they were great. We were undecided on the third choice and when we asked what was better ther... server said it depends on the other two dishes, the sauce for the third should complement the others. With that in mind hesuggested one of the two. I felt this was a better approach than just saying what was more popular or guiding us to the moreexpensive choice. I was very happy with the food, service and atmosphere here. I definitely recommend it. Read more

One of the best Indian (or any cuisine) restaurants in Edmonton. Our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we weren't... without drinks and a few laughs. The meat in both the curries was tender, while the sauces were thick, rich and full of depth. The garlic naan was fresh, and went perfectly with the curries. Spice levels were objectively appropriate for our preferencesthat were passed on to the kitchen. Our group tried both the Mango Lassi and milkshake; they were creamy and perfect to takethe edge off the spice when needed. The milkshake was definitely preferred by those with a sweet tooth. Our server wasknowledgeable about all menu items and was able to guide our group towards items we all enjoyed; our picky eater who dislikesonions, peppers, and chickpeas was able to find a curry they were satisfied with. Ordered chicken Hakka noodles, Biryani, and Naan for dinner, but it was a mistake for ordering food from Namaste India. Biryani... was overcooked with lots of orange food colouring and was absolutely tasteless. Hakka noodles was also overcooked using goodchunk of soya sauce making it greasy. It felt like the food was not prepared professionally. Please send your chefs to culinaryschool to brush up their skills. Read more
