I went for lunch yesterday Nov 30 , 22 with my sister who raves about this place . However she was sad to see for the amount of... money we spent on our food they gave us little vegetables and meat ! The girl did not know what the chilli tasted like when Iasked her if it?s a popular item . She had no clue about their food . I think service was fine but not a good bang for my buck !Especially with a recession going on now . My sister who goes more than I do was also dissatisfied with our lunch ! I can easilymake mine at home with more ingredients. I really hope these owners evaluate these reviews with their employees. I would like to start by saying the MANAGEMENT has CHANGED. The new owners are super friendly and kind. It is evident that they... are trying to provide the best service they can to keep customers satisfied. I am very impressed on how they turned the placearound. I?ve been to many mucho burrito locations in Edmonton because it is my go to for fast food. However, this locationbeats them all. The ingredients are always so fresh and delicious - I get the same order anywhere I go, but it?s never been thisgood. I live right across a mucho burrito (about a 2 minute drive) but I always drive 20 minutes to this location (IN THISECONOMY) because of the high quality service and food. I have recommended this location to all my friends, coworkers, andpatients. The best part of my week is coming here and enjoying a burrito after work or school. Burrito was fine, service was great. The chicken ?portion? was measured out by a tiny spoon with ?tbs? (table spoon) labeled on... it. I hoped for several scoops but after one scoop I was prompted to move on. I kinda laughed. Then moved on, realizing I onlyget a ?tbs? of meat. The burrito was delicious, and I enjoyed my meal, but someone needs to address the penny-size meat portionoffered. Very friendly staff! Unfortunately My quesadilla was very thin, almost hollow in certain points. Tasted good but portions need... adjustment here. As a buisness owner I would advise getting someone from corporate too train and bring this store up too gear.Inflation is very real and this will end bad for you guys if it isn?t approached soon. Went in with my husband and children around 4pm. It was evident it was shift change and two staff stood talking as we waited to... order. As the staff took our order, there was no mention of missing veggies (peppers and onions mixture) until I asked and wastold there was none prepped from her or previous staff member who had to leave to catch a bus. Why would they offer curb side pick up if the food is going to just sit inside for 10-15 minutes until the customer decides to... come in and see where their food is? I was not greeted in a nice manner or at all, there was no apology or even acknowledgmentfor the lack of curb side pick up (which was extremely clear online and in my confirmation email) and no offer to remake my nowcold $40 order. Just complete disregard for me as someone who ordered literally 45 min in advance. I am not happy that I got towaste my time and money that included a tip for now cold food and attitude from the worker. Never going back to this location. Worst customer service. No smile, rude, bad tone. Girl working today almost seemed like... someone is forcing her work there. After taking the payment she literally slammed the bag on the counter. She needs somecustomer service training. Didn't even make the burrito right!!!
