Haven't had a correct order yet. Place is full of kids, which is great, I want them to have a place in the work world getting... that experience. The lack of leadership for those kids is obvious. Double double with no sugar or cream, sandwiches soggy orcold, painfully long wait times. Sat in the drive through today for 15 minutes. 5 cars ahead with small orders, then my orderwhich they seemed to forget existed. The young adults working here deserve a leader that can teach them the skills to succeed.Please address your managerial problem. It is making an otherwise very clean place a hassle to go to. This is by far the best McDonalds on the south side. Their fries are always fresh, crispy and well cooked. Their food is... excellent prepared as well (no burning, good amount of sauce, sandwiches are assembled properly). If something is not rightthey make sure to correct the problem right away. I appreciate their good customer service. Food is hot and prepared quickly. Highly recommend this location! Read more
Asked for extra mac sauce and was told this was normal. I dont know what world these idiots live in but a cup of mac sauce isnt... normal. Burger was inedible and the manager was not interested in making it right. absolutely disgusting ???? Read more
I don't usually write a review, but everytime i order food here there's always something. Giving wrong order, Cold food, missing... dipping sauce that i pay and Now 2 large fries that is not even filled up. I called the store once before but it seems themanager that i talked to doesn't care about my concern. Read more
The place is clean. It looks very nice and thus deserves 2 stars but in regards to service, they cannot earn the remaining... stars. It took 15 minutes for 2 egg muffins and 2 hash browns. We were the only ones in the building and one person in line at 9am. I watched one person giving our order to a new customer in the drive-thru. I wanted to give this location the benefit of thedoubt and went to this location 3 more times I did experience a little bit better service in the evening but even being the onlycustomer in the building and drive-thru I went through the drive-through and after receiving my coffee I was asked to pull aheadto wait for my order. 9 am must not be a busy time for the location. The location doesn't have very many customers normally andI think it might be due to the service. I truly hope this review helps the location make needed changes. Read more
Those are photos from two seperate orders. Everything is always a sloppy mess and this time my drink was missed because I forgot... to ask for it. To top things off these orders where placed later at night while not busy. I live close and the same vehiclesare always parked in employee parking at night. If the food doesnt improve next time I will be returning the food to the "cook"who slopped it together so they can be as annoyed as I am when I open my orders. Read more
I don?t usually leave reviews but every single time we eat here, breakfast lunch or evening, small or big orders we have... horrible food or something is messed up. Not once have we had a good experience or have been happy, even when we?ve satinside. We usually always request for the food to be made fresh, knowing we have to wait so we wait the extra time no problem orare told directly yes it will be fresh and it comes out cold and slapped together. Let?s not lie to your customers. I don?t havehigh expectations for fast food considering it?s just fast food but common. Have some decency to put a burger together neatlyand warm. This is a consistent problem, we hate coming here and the only reason we have the odd time is when it?s a last minutemeal in a rush but I promise you it?s not our first choice and we?ve had great service and food from the McDonald?s up the roadand beyond, this location has really made a rep for themselves for us in the area.
