It?s busy by why my order being screwed up there twice once at the dinner time and other on my morning coffee what is going on... in the kitchen to much chit chatting is going on instead of paying attention to the order ringing in through the front counternot cool on top Manager trying to argue with me not very happy about it. Very happy!! We tried a different McD?s earlier today just to grab two drinks using digital codes from the app, and they were... extremely rude to us and even swore at us. The gentleman who helped us here was extremely nice and got us what we wanted with noissues at all! Read more
Ordered an ice coffee and got a mouthful of coffee grounds when I took my first sip. Called and let them know about the coffee... grounds in their ice coffee and they agreed to replace it. 15 minutes later I'm back in the drive thru getting called a liarwhen I asked for a replacement, but they finally relented when I showed them the first ice coffee and the mound of black specs (coffee grounds) at the bottom. Get the new ice coffee and there's coffee grounds in that one too. The best part is when I toldthem that there's still coffee grounds they got mad at me all over again like it's MY fault for not wanting a mouthful of grainygrounds in mouth with every sip. There excuse for knowing about the coffee grounds ( cause that's the whole reason I'm thereright) and serving it anyway is that they " can't clean out the pot right now cause it's full". If that's their attitude withcoffee then I'll NEVER be putting their food anywhere near my mouth. Read more
Great new McDonald?s. Loved the inside ambiance of the restaurant. The mens washroom was clean. Of course the reason for... coming was to McDonald?s was to have food. I use the app and get table service when ordering food. The service was fast andefficient. We enjoyed our visit and the food. Read more
A few things that really brought the experience down. My drive thru order was stuffed into the smallest bag causing my fries to... spill on my drive home. They forgot to salt the fries leaving them rather bland. They were chincy with the onions on themcdouble and the lettuce on the jr chicken. I was unable to use my gift card though the app. Overall the food was hot andservice speedy but the devil is in the details and to many were missed for this to deserve more the 3/5 Read more
I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and the ?manager? rung in this breast. They replaced it. But it stunk up my room when I... arrived home. Was hoping to make it home in time for a movie but I had to spend extra time rectifying this order. My drinks weremelted by then. The remake package was probably rushed as well. Got to the drive thru. Was waiting to place the order. Only one car was served at one time. Get to menu asked to wait Watch as... previous car pays gets food and leaves Then asked for the order. One delivery driver was obviously frustrated with the 5carlineup and being forced to wait at the menu as well. There was plenty of drive thru room to get to any other window and get outafter without a unreasonable wait. When I got to the window there were about 4 delivery packed bags ready to go. The driver gotto the window and the order was ready. Would have been easy for them to be directed to 2 other windows for a quick pickup. All in all its very poorly run. Long lineups to get to the menu. Only one at the window at a time. Anyone that's workedfast food and drive thru Knows it's best to get orders in and to the kitchen asap so they know to drop x amount of fries ornuggets not just enough for 1. Will not be returning and will avoid ordering from here to avoid needing to tip drivers extrafor stupid waits. Read more
