I have given this location so many opportunities. The drive through is beyond inept! They continue to get orders wrong even... when specifically told to take an extra minute to double check it. I actually hit a burger here that was not supposed to havepickles, the tag in the package says no pickles yet it was loaded with pickles! I just don?t understand how they can screwsomething so obvious up! I gave the new McCrispy a try last week. disgusting! I wish I had taken a picture. An over cookedchicken puck in a dry bun. No sauce, no anything other than loose lettuce thrown in the box with it. The staff here cannoteven take 10 seconds to ensure that the sauce is put on the bun. Save your money. Go anywhere but here. Another disappointing McDonald?s location. I attempted to go thru drive thru at 4am and I was told that they are not taking... orders right now because they are doing system updates. Side note- they do this all the time between 2-4am. I asked the ladyover the intercom when they will be up and running she said 20-25min. This location obviously isn?t 24/7 and neither are manyother locations. So this is considered false advertisement. McDonald?s company as a whole is becoming to be very disappointing.Took my money to A&W instead and will be from here on in. Read more
Good breakfast sandwiches and coffee. The interior of the restaurant though could use some improvements. Our breakfast was not... very enjoyable due to the restaurant problem with flies... I had a nasty part with cartilage in my sausage pattie and I almostlost one of my tooth fillings... Will not go there anymore! Read more

CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!! Looking in the bag is NOT ENOUGH! LOOK AT EVERY SINGLE ITEM!!! Frequently have wrong items and missing... items, I swear I've lost over 20 bucks just with them giving me cheaper items than what I ordered or just plain forgetting partof the order. Service has always been incredibly hit or miss at this location, I understand that this morning was busy butnobody likes paying for something they didn't get and it's happened an unreasonable amount of times at various points of theday. I am a regular customer there . I am a good and loyal customer giving them my money . I went through the drive through and the... boy at the window said ?not this girl, she?s here everyday?. As if it was annoying that I was there purchasing my meal. This wasabsolutely appalling . They should be welcoming you with gratitude that you are a loyal customer . This makes me never want toreturn to be treated this way . If I was the business owner or manager I would be having a serious talk with my staff. That isnot at all how you keep customers happy or wanting to spend their money here . Absolutely sickening . Not only this buteverytime I go they have at least one thing wrong in my order . Food is very consistent as usual. However they got my order wrong via drive thru. I ordered McGriddle instead of McMuffin.
I was picking up an order for SkipTheDishes this morning and had an awful encounter with who I believe was the manager on shift.... I was not aware I had to go to the front door to grab the order, as it is quite late, around 2am my time and the drive throughwas completely empty. The first young lady who initially started speaking through the intercom was abruptly cut off by anotherwoman who was immediately aggressive, condescending and incredibly rude. She started demanding that I was backing up thecompletely empty drive through and that I had to drive over to the front door. When I asked her to repeat herself because shewas talking so fast and harsh, she started yelling about going to the front of the store and getting even more worked up. Idrove over and parked right outside the door like she had demanded I do, opened my window and waited. That?s when she startedpounding on the window with her fist and waving her arms at me. I waited over 10 minutes and she just got more and more angryand slammed her fist against the window harder and harder. I eventually had to cancel my order, as there was absolutely no way Iwas going to exit my vehicle and go anywhere near that woman, since she wouldn?t even come to the door. She also had another,larger, male employee come and stand right next to her. But no one bothered to come near the door. I managed to get quite a bitof this encounter on video while I was parked and waiting. Will not be returning to this location any time soon. Read more
