My partner and I came on the 14th of October after having missed our bus to get breakfast and wait for the next one two hours... later. We order, pay, sit down in a nearly empty lobby and enjoy our breakfast quietly (I was reading, my partner was replyingto emails). At 9:30, 50 minutes after our order, a police officer who had just come in to grab coffee, heads towards our tableto tell us that we need to grab our suitcase and leave immediately on demand of the manager because "you've been here since 7".I show him the receipt and the time proving we arrived at 8:40 and that we had ordered. There was unfortunately no room fordiscussion and we were kicked out. Coming from Europe, this situation comes as a shock as it would be illegal to kick out acostumer unless they were causing disturbance or the restaurant was completely full (neither was the case). The fact that theykicked US out and not the junkie coming at every table to try and steal food was also confusing. Altogether, the manager couldhave come on their own instead of appealing to a police officer. There is definitely room for improvement in terms of welcomingguests. This situation aside, the lobby and toilets weren't really clean, the food, on the other hand, was correct standard. Read more
Will never go back. Sign on door says ?dining room closed.? I work at a fast food restaurant. That means that I can come inside,... but not eat inside. So I enter to grab a skip order. The lady working instead of saying ?hello, our lobby is closed. Nocustomers are allowed inside? she says to me ?WHY ARE YOU IN HERE? CAN YOU READ?? such a rude comment made me want to climb overthe counter and just slap her. What poor customer service. It was a lady probably around 18, Caucasian women. Absolutelyterrible customer service. Make sure your sign says ?lobby closed NO ENTRY? instead of saying the dining room only is closed. Read more

It's ok. I waited over 10 mins for a smoothie, they kept skipping my order and doing the next person's order. Finally someone... stopped to make my order. The touch screen machines to order weren't very good, basically had to pound my fingers into thescreen to get it to register touch. The seats smelled like urine. This is a horrible place for vegetarians, McDonald's in othercountries have vegetarian options, it's disappointing that in Canada we do not. Read more
Not the first time having a McFlurry regular and snack in McDonalds. I know the size differences and recently I ordered a... regular McFlurry in this store and they gave me a snack sized McFlurry . I went into the staff to ask about this as I hadordered regular size , the staff gave me a stupid answer saying that there?s a mark level in the cup . I asked her to show methe level in polite manner . She ignored me and went onto turn back on me and do something which didn?t make sense . The managerat the shift were seeing this and she also came to check what I was saying and she just murmured to other staffs and went on toignore me as well. Not racism , this is how they treat to all other customer complaints too. The whole team won?t admit any ofthe mistakes and stays united. Good coordination though . Overall this location is good. I mean it?s a restaurant that is part of the largest fast food chain restaurant in the world so... a certain level of service and food quality is expected. It is your typical McD?s. This location is in good condition and forthe most part is clean and well lit. The service is friendly and courteous. It serves a bit of rough clientele. There are nodoors on the washrooms so that might give you an indication of the conditions here. The quality of food is good, it?s what youwold expect to have at a McDonald?s. Read more
Very disappointedwith my experience tosday. I walked over from the hospital on my break, in scrubs and all and I received the... worst service I have in a long time. I watched them serve my order off and then just ignore it when it was a simple large fries.And when I asked for a water cup (restaurants are obligated to provide water) the girl said no. I thought McDonald's supportedHealthcare workers but apparently not!! Read more
