The only mcdonalds near to my work and honestly so disappointed everytime i get lame coffee no sugar no cream. Coffee is the... only thing everyone needs in winter and everytime they disappoint me. I said please change coffee they said take sugar aside isaid no i told them to change coffee instead of giving me dbl dbl as i ordered that they gave me black coffee after that. Ruinedmy whole day. Only been here twice for curbside pickup. First time I ordered double fillet fish but gave me single one. Second time ordered... pumpkin spice latte but gave me normal latte. Very bad service. Read more
If I could give no stars, I would. We went through the drive thru, and waited over 25 min for cold food! Slowest fast food ever!
This place has terrible costumer service! On multiple occasions we arrived a good amount of time before 10PM however, the drive... thru was closed, even though it says that the drive thru is suppose to be open 24 hours. Moreover, when we went inside to orderthe worker there quite rudley told us that they were closed and to leave. Honestly an overall terrible experience! Read more
I wasn?t served well yesterday. There was an indian girl and guy on drive through counter. I asked them for 3 ketchup pouches... and 2 mayo they gave me 2 ketchup and arguing with me for mayo that i need to pay. Hopefully I?ll not come back and i came outdrive through and doors were closed. May be i should ask for owner contact . Read more
I have been ordering SKIP on this location (82 Ave) but I always have a bad experience. They don't pay attention to order... details. Do we need to ask catsup if you ordered fries??? It's a given that you have to throw in just a couple of packs in thebag. And at times fries were not even warm, as if it's been sitting there. This McDonald?s needs to get their ish together. it never fails that they 8/10 times forget to add caramel / vanilla syrup to... the iced coffees even though we pay extra for it. Also how hard is it to label which iced coffee is which flavour? ???? Read more
Worst ice coffee ive ever had from a McDonald?s. How they can be so drastically different is beyond me,
