Have been here many times as the location is convenient however, I have been served COLD food on more than one occasion and the... line ups are excessively long. Driver through is first come first serve but now adays they like to tell you to go park and waitif your food requires wait time.. this is just silly as I was there and should get my order before others and not have to gopark somewhere. IF they know there is hockey they should amp up the staff to prepare for a rush and not serve cold food topatrons. a cheese burger and fries should be easy enough to be hot when served! especially during a rush of people. sitting indriver thru for over a half an hour is ridiculous. find more staff for those nights. The McDonald's up the road definitely gives this one a run for it's money for worst McDonald's in the area. Unless things have... changed, the food here is a loss as much as the weird drive-in location this store is situated on. Food sux, gotta be extremelydesperate for McDonald's to eat at this one again. Walked in last night, there was nobody in line. My bf and i waited quite a while only for quite a few staff members to walk out... and take a group photo while we got shoved to the side while they posed for their picture. Very sad occasion at this location. We ordered Mcflurry a cone chai frappe two burgers and hamburger. Then they tried to charge... us for the water. aka the cup. We will not be returning on any occasion. Water is a right not a commodity. Let's charge for theice while we're at it. Pathetic. And the response; We are just employees. Read more
Poor experience overall. Employees rude and ignoring customers. So i Walked in for breakfast to see 3 people waiting to order... and they had been waiting a long time. Thats not unusual for mcdonalds. But i cpuld tell they had been waiting forever whensuddenly One stormed off and walked out, another went to their car to get into the drive thru a minute later. I continued towait alone as employees walked past and did things for drice thru. I came for breakfast. But since i had been waiting close to15mins being ignored by the employee and manager who were diligently attending only drice thru orders i was sure id missbreakfast I asked if i could please order before lunch starts since i came for breakfast.. And i was told to continue waitingby two different employees who tried ignoring me before telling me to wait.. I finally asked again and was told again to wait isaid well i see lots of new drive thru orders happening but ive been waiting 15 mins. The manager just walked away.. then cameback and angrily took the order. Order was wrong and they didnt put salt in the bag like i asked. Overall this location isone of the worst. The stand out feature being the extremley rude employees. Next time ill go out of my way to try a differentlocation because that was just ridiculous. Read more
