The employees should know how to talk to customers. I also worked at restaurants so i have been through such situations. But we... are taught to give good customer service. If you don?t know how to talk to customers please first learn to do that. First youlet your customers wait and than argue with them. This is not how it works. Read more
Ordered a bacon mcgriddle meal which i paid several dollars for, i recieved a chicken mcmuffin which tasted horrible took one... bite and tossed it and to top it off i got no reciept in the bag so i couldnt even dispute the mcfuckup or get my money back. Iknow youre just a mcdonalds but i dont understand how this location consistently either takes 20 minutes in the drive thru forjust a coffee or serves me the plain wrong order. Do yourself a favour and drive 3 minutes to the next one, this location hasntbeen worth ordering from since covid. Read more
Employee was nice. Food is alright. Sandwiches are mostly good but the fries tend to be a coin flip for me. Sometimes fresh af,... sometimes cold. Maybe I'll ask for fresh fries in the future but I feel like a jerk for doing so sometimes. But cold friesreally really suck. Especially when they're already cold for the drive home lol. Ordered thru DT last Thursday around 3pm, McFlurry Skor with extra Oreo, paid $6+. Received item without oreo bits. Tried to... call the store after but nobody's answering even in the evening.. Twice with bad experience in this branch. Read more
There are issues every time i visit them. One time they gave me a different order, another time they gave me a medium fries... instead of a large like I ordered. There was one time I went at around 3am and they told me their system was acting up, thenasked me to come back in 15 minutes, so I came back 20 minutes later, then they told me to come back another 10 minutes later. Ithen came back after 15 minutes and they told me 5 minutes. So i waited right there, and then just as their system works, theytold me my mobile order cant be fulfilled anymore because it changed to the morning menu. But the menu had changed for only 2minutes, and i put the order in an hour ago? Swore off this place afterwards, extremely bad management and customer service. Thats the closest location for me otherwise i wouldnt go there. Every time something goes wrong there. I ordered at the drive... thru and they mess up my order and didnt charge me for two mcdouble. I paid and i didnt realize they made a mistake i get tothe window to get my food she tells me they didnt charge me and there is a line up at the drive thru so i gotta drive around andgo thru again and wait in line again. Who works in customer service and answers with a poor statement like that after you knowtheir guests are already upset about the situation. I should not be even giving time to put a review on this at all but I feel like I should. We just ordered now and for an order... of 4 large fries and 1 nugget meal and for the person working behind the window, it is too much to ask for a few packs ofmayonnaise. The person who is behind the window said she needs to charge us for that. How come some mcdonalds would give us ahandful wspecially for the number if fries that we ordered? And this branch does not? I'm not asking for 2 dozen, just enoughfor 4 large fries. She dumped a lot of ketchup instead when we did not even ask for any.
