Paid for a mcmuffin I did not receive. Tried to email the email address on the receipt for "feedback and compliments" and it... doesn't exist. Phone number goes to a fax machine. Been to this drive thru a few mornings and have been told every time to pull forward and wait even for a simple breakfast... sandwich. Took me 15 minutes to get my food this morning and made me late for work, the only time I want fast food is when I'min a pinch. This location is unhelpful. Read more
I went this morning with my little son, clean, cozy and so nice people there. service was fast and efficient.
Had an issue with payment in the drive-thru, and took about 15 mins to sort out. Drove around again to reorder. Was served the... SAME 15 minute old order. A McFlurry half melted, a large fries that were about 2/3s full and cold, only to be topped with about10-15 fries that had carelessly been thrown into the deep fryer hadn?t been fully cooked to mask the order of fries they hadprobably been eating out of. I?m disgusted by such disrespect from a crew that had displayed attitude, resentment and suchblatant disregard for food safety. I was there on Tuesday evening, September 13th, 2022 at 09:43 PM. Waited for 10+ minutes in the Drive Thru. Last day of Summer Drinks, then they argued the Summer Drinks sale was over until we... mentioned we had gotten them at another location a couple hours ago. So finally they just say the machine is off orbroken. Honestly only even giving two stars because the person we dealt with at the first Window was incredibly nice, explainedthe machine had actually been broken for a couple days and was very kind even though she was rushed. I order double fillet fish meal. I specifically told them to make the fillet fish fresh.They say ya for sure.When I arrived home... to eat the meal.It was not fresh they taken the fish and refried it.The fish was full of oil and taste like cardboard. Just ordered on skip and this is the fourth time they missed an item. They?ve done that to me in person as well. The manager... there is also rude and has no decorum and needs to be fired he can?t handle any problems in a decent way and likes to say?you?re holding up my line? like they?re not the ones who messed up the orders. The rest of the staff is wonderful other thanthe fact that they forget the items, they?re more patient. Read more
