I went through the drive through & when I got to the window to pick up my food I was told my card was declined. Which didn?t... make sense. But I used a different card & paid again. When I checked my bank to see why it had declined the charges I saw that Ihad been charged twice for the same meal. When I went into the restaurant to have them reimburse me, even though I had takenscreenshots of my bank account to show the double charge, they made it a big deal and took so long the food I paid TWICE for wascold. I have been very disappointed in this location several times already and at this point I think it deserves a poor review with... evidence of what kind of quality of food they service to their paying customers. Just to be clear I have not asked my bagel tobe well done at all. Items have gone up in price (paid $6 for this particular item alone). Just to throw it right into thegarbage. Not only did I waste my money on this item and time but I also wasted money on my gas while waiting in the drive-thrufor 10 minutes. Previous visits included: missed egg in my bagel, foul tasting tomato, rotten lettuce, not being able to orderat 3:50am because they were switching to breakfast. With the last point in mind, why does it say 24/7 when I am unable to orderfrom 2-4AM because you are switching to breakfast? That?s false advertisement. Furthermore, ?any lane any time? is another falseadvertisement as during the night a crate blocks one lane- always. McDonalds has become so disappointing over the last littlewhile. I have had issues with other locations before but never as much as this one. For such a big franchise I expect better. Read more
You guys should stop doing this to your customer. I love mc flurry sooooo much! Always order the regular one never the snack... size even once! But you guys always give me like almost half cup missing ice cream! Why? I pay the full amount and its missinglike 35% of it should be just only in this location! If for this little of ice cream like this its not cheaper for me just orderthe snack size then? Period! Read more
