If you are a family of people who recently moved to Canada, do not bother coming here. They will ask you to leave, you will not... be allowed to sit here. They fully allowed customers to be racist towards other customers (children), and then BAN the people(children) who defend themselves against it. I called them, and it is not even just white people being racist in there, it isthe whole staff that consists of two demographics. Are you racist in tagalog or just English? Bunch of employees having their own fun and laughs and care not even a fraction about their customers. Everytime i come here to... pick up my orders it takes ages before it?s handed over. Aweful and pathetic service. If there is any manager for this branch,you better work on how to make your employees work for their customers? This McDonald's is inside Walmart and usually it's very busy. Due to the same reason sometimes you might have to wait a little... extra for your order. Self ordering kiosks do help save time. Food is like any other standard McDonald's. Being inside theWalmart supercentre ,scope of expanding the seating area seems limited but if it could be done that would enhance the customerexperience!! I'm only giving 2 stars. Customer service is everything and the manager here should not be allowed to work at McDonald's.... McDonald's is a family place and full of children that love this restaurant. I just witnessed the manager, very rudely and veryaggressively, kick a group of foreigners out that were paying customers and socializing amongst themselves. The managersattitude and the time of her voice was absolutely uncalled for. Her actions came off as extremely racist and ignorant. Sheshould not be working at a fun atmosphered family restaurant such as Mcdonalds. I do hope something is done about this. All themanager had to do was respectfully and politely explain that McDonald's is closing and if they would kindly finish up and be ontheir way. Awful experience. 13 yo friend ordered food on the screen to his table. Waited half hr and got nothing, he went every 10 min to... check what was taking so long then after half hour manager says she wont serve him. She thinkg he was scamming after he showedreciept and transaction and time from his mobile banking app. She said she knows ?his kind? and people like him do it all thetime.( he is black) manager is a racist and treats kids poorly, should definitely not be running this establishment. They were slow and got my order wrong, they were busy as hell, understaffed, and still made the burgers to meet the 4... requirements(they know what that means). They changed my wrong order for the right one without much issue. They wereunderstaffed today, but I assume that is an everyday thing here. The staff look tired and worn out(hire these people somereliable help). I got burgers that looked like the picture when I unwrapped them. Read more
The manager in this location is not a good fit and a terrible human! Because of this it extends to the other workers. The... customer service is zero and worst of all they don?t care! It?s a pity the way they treat people of colour in here! When most ofthem there are also immigrants! A big shame on you all! Please stay clear from this location! Walmart please kick them out!
