Dreadful management! one young woman on her own at 10 pm trying to do everything. It took 25 minutes for 4 cars to get their... orders taken and get my order for one coffee picked up. The people in the line up were livid. The young woman was distressed asI am sure she got the brunt of the customers frustration. With a new health center just down the road you better get your acttogether thats alot of business to lose as I will not be going there again. Read more

It?s okay, peppermint mocha was okay and i forgot to order bigger for the monopoly. My friends Big Mac was smaller than before.... Shrinkflation??? I saw a worker hand deliver food outside in the windchill snow :( It was quiet and clean i felt safe on fortroad. This place is DIRTY. When I spoke with the manager, then general manager, they both blamed the dirty place on the area and... customers. They refused to take responsibility for cleaning the restaurant. I even went back the following day to see if theycleaned like they said they would. They didn't, same coffee stains on the counter from the day before. Dust everywhere I looked.The general manager told me I didn't have to come back if I didn't want to. I tried to explain I wanted to come to a cleanrestaurant but she wasn't interested in hearing anything could be her fault. The owner of this place should be embarrassed atthe job these managers do. Awful! Over 10 mins to receive a mobile order through the drive through is crazy. Legit was 2 quater pounder with cheese combos.... Only gave 1 reg fries for both combos... no large fries with the second. and they gave red fruitopia instead of orange. It wasan online order! No way they could of "hear" wrong, it's typed out. Just go to a different location so your order isn't messedup. Read more

We ordered in drive thru and this is the 3rd time we got disappointed with our order. This time we got,.Half filled sundae,... regular fries seems to only have an amount for a kid happy meal fries? We, customer don?t ask to for you guys to go overboardwith your portioning but please give us the standard amount that we should be getting. Ridiculous. Do better. Kids asked for a toy at the counter with their happy meal and got a book. They were not told there are no toys left. When I went... and asked if I could get a toy instead I was told they don't have any. I told the manager that it should have been told to thestaff at the counter so they could let people know, not a big deal. Manager basically told me he didn't care. I'm not one to be rude but I'm disappointed at this location for consistently getting my order wrong. Their grilled chicken is... frankly, really gross, and no one orders it. It's quite annoying to wait for your order only to find it wrong and not even wortheating. There was no way for me to confirm my order because they didn't display it on the order screen, and my order didn'tcome with a receipt. I didn't notice it was wrong until I got home :/ Read more
